the prescription was free,but in my case the doctor did wrongly, so I got bad headache from the glasses, but they dont refund,what I did was to call the former glasses shop in my country to get the old prescription, and i brought it to optical world and asked to fix like the old prescription, and could get better glasses, but still headache some times, then found out the frame size was a bit bigger. so I fixed it by myself. so I thought it was better to buy it online. also the stuff was not helpful at all. the lenses is a bit heavy and not so good quality, glasses are medical stuff and not cheap, until buying it in there, never had headache by using glasses.

I ordered contact lenses and it has been two months waiting for them to arrive and it hasnt, they just keep saying that is coming,that it would be delivered to my house, which I find very strange, and nothing, no contacts. I really need them to see, this store is disorganized, unprofessional, and not reliable. Not happy with the service, I want my money back and I do not recommend this store. I was right they ran with my money, store us for rent, I list 500 dollars and got nothing in return, hope they get caught and justice be served.

I needed an eye exam and contacts on short notice, and they were able to accommodate me the every next day. The service was fast and efficient, and I was able to get everything done during my lunch hour. They were also able to answer all the questions that I had about the results of my eye exam and my new contacts. Very friendly service. I would definitely return to them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

The worst store ever! The worst customer service ever! I wish I could give them negative stars. I bought a pair of sunglasses in June. They shipped it to me and the frame arrived stretched. I shipped them back to the store to fix the frame. Im still waiting for my sunglasses (it has been more than 2 months). Every time I call they tell me that Im supposed to get them today. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!

Less than perfect but would refer friends and family. my glasses are wonderful and the staff were eager and pleasant. ...my transitions dont change color so i have to take them back. ...my first pair was without lines and i need lines so back they went for change. ...now waiting on my sunglasses which are running behind. So if you are not in a hurry, it is really a good place.

Optical World is wonderful!! All of the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have great deals; buy one frame and get the 2nd one free!!! Their selection is fantastic and the exam was thorough and efficient! Definitely check this place out!!

i walked in to see if i could update my prescription, and fell in love with their selection of frames the doctor was excellent and the lady that helped me had very good taste i didnt spend alot which was good and i got a pair of free glasses.
