Im naturally prone to feel light-headed during an eye exam, so in no way do i blame Dr. Mark Greenberg for my passing out at my last eye exam. However, when I regained consciousness on the floor of the office hallway, there was no doctor there to assist me at all. Further, when I went back two weeks later to pick up my glasses, there was a huge scratch on the one lens. The assistant must have seen this scratch and chose to ignore it, hoping that I somehow wouldnt see it. Immediately, I realized they were damaged. Acting surprised, she told me that if I came labor day weekend they would have another pair for me. After confirming that the office would be open labor day weekend with Dr. Mark Greenberg, I made plans to come home from college that weekend to pick up my (hopefully) unscratched glasses. Naturally, the office were closed. Dr. Mark Greenberg runs an unprofessional and a dishonest practice, that I highly advise you avoid business with.

Had this office prepare a new pair of veralux glasses. They were required to use the lab my insurance company recommended. Well the glasses arrived damaged. The tech suggested I take them and try them out, while she ordered new lenses. The lenses were so damaged they were unuseable; however this let them charge me in full for the glasses. I called weekly to check on the status of the lenses, and was repeatedly told that they had checked the order online and that they were not ready yet...the lab was busy. A month later no lenses; so I went to check it out in person. It turns out the damaged lenses had to be returned in order to get the new ones - No really...really? Not very organized, and will say anything to get off hte phone...avoid this provider!

Bunch of liars who lie to get your money. Its like a mafia with a Eye Doctor Sign hanging outside. Has shady employees. I will never be visiting again . Could it be because of their condescending and patronizing attitude or just plain arrogance or just in-sensitiveness towards human beings. Not sure. How about all in one? The doctor has tons of accolades inside his room and rushes you without explaining what is what. Has this attitude of - you are not that smart to understand all this- and I dont have enough time to explain everything either. Just plain sub standard service for the money we are paying.

I was at this office recently for an exam and found the doctor to be very good. Great choice of glasses, staff was very helpful(had an issue with my insurance and the staff spent a considerable amount of time helping me correct it). I would highly recommend this office.
