Their service supremely impressed me. (Best in NYC to my knowledge). I tried them as per my fiances advice who used to be a dental hygienist before becoming a nurse. At first she told me to go to New York University. I ended up talking to the security downstairs who told me that I would be seen by a student dentist. Not impressed by that idea, I asked him if he knew of other options for my increasing toothache. He recommended Patterson Emergency Dental. Really great dentists to add to my speeddial for emergencies. There is nothing else like them in New York. Best of all is a beautiful crown I got for my front tooth.

I bought a new dental plan from Delta Dental who referred me to this emergency service when I did not know where else to go. I can tell a huge difference between using this service and waiting for hours in the hospital emergency room. I am so glad the doctor I used had privilege in St Lukes Hospital and I was able to get my tooth pulled under anesthesia. My insurance company even covered a house call follow up . The copay was twice as much for the house call visit (compared to office copay I paid on the second follow up) but well worth it in the time of need.

I love their service! I have very sensitive lips and gums. During my last cleaning at another dentist, my gums were BLEEDING and my lips were bleeding as well from staying open for 30 minutes with all the water splashing. And most of the gloves dentists use cause my lips to swell from allergies but not this time. At Pattersons, they use these wonderful minty gloves which caused no problems whatsoever for the first time in YEARS....They fixed my tooth and I was out the door within 1 hour. Love it !

Great Experience, Great Service, Great people, I had an emergency accident, and on the same day of contacting these I was welcomed in for an appointment. I arrived to a very friendly staff who were very kind and attentive, Never have I had such smooth and great service. The work was amazing They had to fix three broken teeth and you could never tell they were gone when they were done. The staff are amazing, making me feel very welcomed and comfortable, I highly recommend this dental office.

I had been having problems with my teeth and I wanted to start coming in to see a dentist to help sort it out and get rid of constant discomfort in my back tooth. I contacted Patterson Emergency because I couldnt take the pain anymore. I was nervous because I hate going to a dentist, but the staff was nice and the needles did not hurt at all. I had a new cap put on and then the next day I was pleasantly surprised at how good my tooth looked and how all the pain was gone.

I was looking for a good dentist who would accept my insurance. I was a little concerned that it would take a long time to schedule an appointment as it did take at least a full week last time I had an emergency with my wisdom tooth on the other side. Once I called patterson, there was almost no wait and my appointment was scheduled for the same day. Also, it turned out my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled and it took care of the terrible pain right away.

Best dentist Ive EVER used!!! My new dental implants are so beautiful and blend in with my bottom teeth really nicely. I have very sensitive teeth and have a lot of trouble with whitening (even the whitening strips) transfering into my gums and giving me horrible irritation. This is the ONLY dental visit when nothing was sensitive or irritating and my teeth and gums feel amazing!! I cant say enough great things about them!

I was visiting New York from out of state and had a dry socket after a wisdom tooth extraction. I left two voicemails on a Saturday morning explaining that I had insurance and the urgent nature of the pain. The reviews on their web site were good so I was surprised that I never received a call back. Then I called 209 NYC Dental and was seen immediately and received great care.

"I got an amazing service at Patterson and am so delighted with the light weight denture I received, its feel, and color. Im on Northern Chinese descent, so we have lighter skin tones without a strong yellow undertone. Most dentures I tried on or had look fake and obvious, or the color match for the gums is all wrong. This emergency denture was a very pleasant surprise!

I couldnt get an appointment with my regular dentist for a week. Love it! Love everything about a 24/7 service! I know I will be schduling more same day appointments this month. Every advice From Paterson Dental is useful!! I wont be using any other emergency dentist but them. Their front desk is reassuring and assistants are fabulous. Their temporary fillings are ageless and a temporary cap stayed on for 6 months. I was busy to get the permanent filling and caps , happily their temporaries look and feel good and are worth the time.

Honestly this emergency service is so amazing! While on my trip to New York City, I got an instant Cerec (super technology-crown was made in 2 hours) thats just beautiful. It was so easy to get an emergency appointment and receive a porcelain cap quick! I thought I wouldnt find any dentist at 8 pm but I did. I highly recommend this emergency service!!!

"Best high-end dental service I have ever tried! Its wonderful to know you can get help late at night. Their treatment did not make my lips peel from all the stretching during the root canal procedure. I have to say I like their dentist and staff much more than my regular dentist (who is not available weekends and when you need help).

Diana, the doctors assistant, taught me so much about how to follow up and take care of my gums after my doctor removed my braces because of my bike accident that caused a piece of wire to stick out and pock me. This is definitely a go to. When I got this weird sensitivity in my tooth, I started to panic. This emergency service scheduled me in right away and they happen to have an appointment at noon so I didnt have to take a whole day off from work. My insurance was accepted as well. Would 100% recommend.
