My name is George Babuadze, I have been working with Town & country for 8 years now, I am glad I have a chants to express my sincere gratitude to T&C, but before doing so, I should also say why. Getting to register with T&C was not easy, in fact, the process was so detailed, I felt like I was dealing with FBI, rather than agency, plus I knew I was good at what I do, but they did not and taking my word for it, was just rightfully not enough. Thank God I waited it out. They have a responsibility to provide good employment environment for caregivers but they also have responsibility to provide professional help for people in need, so if it was strenuous for me, to wait for an approval, I can only imagine how hard it is for T&C to screen so many people, on both sides and than make a proper match, but they do it and they do it well, Introducing a working professional, to a family, that has care needs for a loved one, is not an easy task, so many things can go one way or the other and it is T&C`s responsibility to be in the middle of it, that is the reason why Arline`s screening process is so detailed, that is the reason why it works, I am so very grateful I know Arline and Gail, I also know families I helped though T&C are also very grateful to Arline, every time somebody asks me for T&C `s number, may it be a caregiver or a Family in need, I give it to them, with pride, because I know they will be treated fairly and if they are rejected, I do not ask why, I think that says a lot about the quality of Town & Country and it`s staff Arline, Gail I thank you for all you`v done for me and with me, for introducing me to the families that became my friends, for trusting me and standing by me, I thank you with all my heart sincerely George Babuadze
