While I have previously written a review; Virginia S — Customer since 2010, I am now speaking on behalf of; Canine Salvatore and Feline Sophia. "We like going to West End Veterinary Office because we know we will be treated kindly, and with great gentle care. When we dont feel good, they give a diagnosis and then tell Mom what to do for us to make us feel better. They send out a magazine with friendly reminders that an upcoming office visit is needed. They do that because they really care about all of us; their patients. Everyone is very personable and they even know and call you by your name! While no one really likes going to the doctors, we really dont mind going there:) We know they love all of us and are giving us awesome state of the art care along with giving Mom great advice for us. Cant narrow comments down to just one visit because they are great for all of our visits. We love everyone at West End Veterinary Office". Furry friends, Salvatore and Sophia Sandoval.

Dr Factor, Dr Kaplan and the entire team at West End are amazing as people and professionals. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful little 11 year old dog, Dr Factor and the team were amazing, compassionate people. They did everything possible to provide us with choices and honesty about those choices. Then at the end, they were supportive when we had to say goodbye to our dog. Two weeks ago, we embraced have a new family member, a 6 month old puppy. Dr Kaplan was thorough with her initial examination and has since also neutered our little puppy. Once again professional service with great advice too. The front desk staff are truly fabulous, helpful ladies !!! We drive past other veterinarians to go to West End. Doctor Factor and his staff are the best, his staff is loving and concerned and Doctor Factor is the same. I felt comfortable the minute I met Doctor Factor and his staff. We came with our Yorkie Gizmo from Manhattan New York to Newburgh to see Doctor Factor and found out that this is the only Doctor for Gizmo and my other 2 Yorkies. I say BRAVO !!!! to the staff at West End Veterinarian Office and to Doctor Factor for being the loving and brilliant Doctor that he is. I recommend this office to everyone who loves their pets. Because this office loves all pets ......

We brought our diabetic hampster in literally on death door step. Another vet told us to give up. Last ditch effort took him to Dr. Factor. Although "Mickey"s advance disease made blood test impossilbe(he had almost no blood left) Dr. Factor was able to imporvise a medication and dossage as well as, review & advise on diet. Mickey is back to running on his wheel and enjoys life. Dr. Factor is extremely knowlegable and he and his staff provide friendly proffessional and sincere enviroment. Highly recommended!

I take my ferrets to Dr. Factor. There, they receive the best and most up-to-date medical treatments possible, and I feel blessed to know that he has the experience and knowledge to deal with the many problems that these high-maintenance pets face. His staff seem to care about and love my animals also, and they are always kind and friendly. When I brought one of my ferrets in as an unexpected emergency one morning she was seen right away. I cant say enough how grateful I am to have him as my ferrets vet.

After rescuing a (domestic) rabbit last year that someone released into the wild, I found myself at West End. Dr. Warzinski and the entire staff are friendly, welcoming, and make my animals feel at home! I also have an FIV+ kitty, and their feline friendly policy is the best Ive ever seen. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they make sure you understand everything they do. You can truly see the love and passion they have for animals, and I highly recommend bringing your pet here!

I run a private rescue for small exotics, and have brought four animals to this office. Each time, I was tremendously impressed by the thorough knowledge of not just medical care, but husbandry, demonstrated by the veterinarians. The staff is polite, compassionate, and seem genuinely concerned with the welfare of the animals. The only reason I give 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that they are a bit pricey (though you get what you pay for!), and the office wait is sometimes excessive.

OMG! Best vet ever! Ive worked in veterinary care for 14+ years and was very nervous about finding a new vet when we moved to Newburgh. Dr. Warzinski quickly put my mind at ease. Shes very knowledgeable and super sweet. My fur babies love her. And the staff have been wonderful. Very caring and professional. They always go above and beyond. I would recommend West End Vet a million times over and feel so fortunate to have found them!

Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Factor are very professional and caring doctors. They were sensitive to the needs of my nervous rabbit. My rabbit underwent a spaying operation, and has since made a full and healthy recovery. The staff also provide me with detailed instructions for the medications and after-care dietary supplements for my rabbits recovery. I will gladly visit this office again in the future.

Started going here last year when we got our new puppy. From day 1 they treated us like family! They called us numerous times while our baby was in for his surgery to update us because they knew that we were overprotective first time parents prone to worrying. Theyre prices are extremely reasonable too! I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends for their fur babies <3

Dr. Factor and all of his staff genuinely care about all pets; they are knowledgeable, and the care is exceptional. Most importantly...they are kind. I have had to put down 2 cats and a dog over the years and the staff and Dr. Factor do everything they can to ease the emotional stress. I have used West End Veterinary for over 15 years; wouldnt think of ever going anywhere else!
