Although my experiences here have been bearable, they have not by any means been pleasant. Today has been my worst experience within any professional setting and I will never go back to this office. The middle-aged, brunette receptionist has one of the worst attitudes and is the furthest thing from professional, let alone welcoming. She informed me that I had an overdue bill that I needed to pay or I was not able to be seen. I kindly and honestly explained that I was not able to afford paying the entire bill right then and there and instead of being understanding, considerate, or somewhat helpful she acted like a complete b*tch and basically embarrassed me in front of the entire waiting room and staff. Is it none of her business why I cannot afford the bill or why I have not paid it, but that did not stop her from loudly explaining to the other staff members that I was not able to afford it with a huge attitude. I had to ask for a refund and I am most definitely going somewhere else. People who lack any type of compassion or the ability to put a smile on their face should steer far, far away from the medical field as well as a receptionist job.

I WALK IN THIS MORNING AND FRONT DESK STAFF WAS ON THEIR PHONES , NOT PAYING ANY MIND THAT I JUST WALKED IN ...AFTER A MOMENT FINALLY SOMEONE SAYS HAVE YOU BEEN HERE BEFORE ? NO GOOD MORNING....NO HI HOW ARE YOU AND THE OTHER GIRL WAS STILL FACE PALMED TO HER PHONE WITH A PISSED OFF LOOK ON HER FACE ...I PEAK OVER TO THE PA IN HER OFFICE AND SHE IS ON HER PHONE TEXTING AWAY , WHAT A RUDE STAFF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE WAITING ROOM AND I WAITED FOR ABOUT 20 MIN TO BE SEEN BY A MEDICAL ASSISTANT, SHE WAS ACTUALLY NICE , THE PA COMES IN 15 MIN LATER, AS I SEEN SHE WAS EATING HER BREAKFAST .... SHE ACTED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME ASKING ME ABOUT MY TATTOOS AND WHAT NOT ...THATS NON OF YOUR CONCERN , THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE AND FELT VERY UNWANTED AND UNCOMFORTABLE THERE. HOPEFULLY THEY GET RID OF THAT GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK SHE WAS A EYE SORE

I did not like this place for two reasons....cost and wait time. When I arrived there was only one other person in there and I still waited 45minutes to be seen. There was only one doctor there. Then they wanted to charge me $15 for co-pay (which is my usual) then $15 for a throat culture. Then mailed me a bill for an additional $15 because they said they had to do extra work on me because it was my first time visiting. Meanwhile my usual place in Lynbrook never charged me an extra $15 for the first time and their throat culture is only $2. This place is a ripoff. I only went because it looked like there wouldnt be a wait but I ended waiting way longer due to the fact that one person was working there. I recommend Premeir care in lynbrook they dont over charge and have many people working there so even if its busy its a short wait.

I would have normally given this place more stars as I have had positive experiences in the past, however, today I am disappointed. I looked on the website for hours as today is Thanksgiving and it says that they are open holidays and weekends from 8am-5pm. Me and my daughter are both sick so we were there at 8am. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying they are closed on Thanksgiving. Sorry for the inconvenience! This is something that could have been on their website! What a waste! I even called before 8am but their is no message telling you the hours, it just keeps ringing. When I got home, I went on the site to email them a complaint but you cant even do that! Its fine because I went to Premiere Care in Lynbrook and thats where Ill be going from now on!

Never been treated so poorly. I had woken up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain with no idea what was wrong. I was in tears unable to hold it together. I get there and the staff was nice enough but giving me strange looks like why is this grown lady crying. Then the young female pa straight looked at me with disdain and rudely asked Why are you crying. She gave me pain pills for what turned out to be viral myositis, so the wrong dx and wrong tx. But the real problem is the way they made me feel like an unwelcome inconvenience. It was awful and I suggest avoiding this person at all costs, that is unless you like being treated like crap.

I have been here several times and it used to be fine. This last experience was terrible. It wasnt crowded but it still took forever to actually be seen. Except for one person, the people who worked there were mainly rude and indifferent. I even saw one of the women making fun of one of the patients who was a child. The one doctors assistant was actually really nice but overall this was a terrible experience. Well over two hours to be seen on a fairly uncrowded afternoon. I am just not sure its worth it when its clearly not even convenient and also poor care.

I have been here several times as my employer prefers us to use clinics for sick day notes to keep the cost of insurance in check. Ive had some really wonderful visits and some terrible ones. Everyone has good and bad days, and you certainly know which one it is when you walk in. I appreciate the honesty, but when Im not feeling well, I could do without it. Since the vast majority of my visits have been pleasant, I would still recommend coming here.

Efficient, professional, clean, friendly. My husband was seen on sat. His regular doc did not have hours. We did not wait long. The staff and the doctor were attentive. My husband needed an X-ray of his foot. This was done on site and read by a radiologist. We are mvery pleased to have this option in our community.

I have seen Dr Rene the last 3 times I have been sick. You cant get better care! The wait wasnt bad. Took my insurance but more importantly tests were run, results cane quick, treatment was thorough. We even discussed my diet & whether or not meds were needed. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! !!

My mom was rushed to South Nassau for emergency surgery and they cared for her very well. There was a resident doctor in the ER that did not have a great bed side manner and we had to ask that he be removed from my mothers care. The team in E wing were awesome.

Absolutely Horrible experience! Young Female Doctor was extremely RUDE and the receptionist seemed annoyed by us being there. The only pleasant person there was the Medical Assistant, she was very nice. We will not be going back there again!

I had a clogged ear canal that was impeding my hearing and balance. I tried home remedies for weeks before going to the south Nassau walk in. My regular doctor recommended an ENT, but the walk in did it just fine.
