I have been going to High Peaks Dental for several years and love the service that I get there. From the time I walk in the door, the office staff greets me by name and offer me and/or my family water/juice/coffee while I wait. I dont usually have anything because my wait is NEVER long. My dental hygenist and Dr. are always professional and courteous and make me feel comfortable while receiving my dental care. If that wasnt enough, the dental chairs are like laying on a cloud of softness! They are always willing to review my insurance coverage with me at any time, including during my time in the chair if I question whether insurance covers certain procedures. I have brought all of my family members to High Peaks Dental and have also referred many friends and family. My 3 year old had her second visit there this week. I cannot express how satisfied I was with the care that the staff/Dr at High Peaks gave to us. She was scared to sit in the chair when we first arrived but by the time we left all of her teeth were cleaned and counted! I highly recommend High Peaks Dental to anyone who wants good quality dental care!

Outstanding quality and service from dentist that are gentle and kind to the techs that make you feel like you are visiting a friend. You are welcomed with happy smiling people that you can see love their jobs! After moving up here from NYC, I first tried the new Aspen dental. They did their exam and told me I had 3 cavities. Now, Im blessed with great teeth, never having a cavity. So I went to High Peaks Dental for a second opinion. I didnt tell them I saw the Aspen dentist and what he said. My xrays and exam at High Peaks showed no cavities! Im very happy and blessed to say I am still cavity free today, 10 years later! Thank you to the Dentist and all of the technicians and staff at High Peaks Dental!!! They have my trust!!!!

i called first thing in am the 29th of august and got in same day no hassles .... it was an emergency !! the ladies at the desk are wonderful!! the Dental Hygienist i had was such a sweet heart she made me feel so comfortable... the place is beautiful .. no dentist smell .. and the dentist is **FANTASTIC** he fixed my broken tooth and he made me comfortable because i am afraid of needles and the Dental Hygienist i had she was such a great person she talked to me the whole time made me feel so comfortable .....my tooth it looks amazing he is GREAT the place is GREAT .... i a trillion times recommend going to this dentist office ... the atmosphere and people are just WONDERFUL!!!!! i would give 10 STARS if i could !!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant think of any problems with high peaks dental and I have had horrendous issues with dentists in the past. Last year I had a lot of work done and for the first time I didnt dread the next visit...I will go back when finances allow. My daughter aged 10 had her second visit this week...so happy there is a pediatric dentist on board now. Annalie and I both approve. She is new but very knowledgeable and thorough as well as friendly. And...Im sorry I dont do well with names ..on the first visit she had the best hygienist. ..she really put us at ease...blonde hair...sorry thats all I got. Best of all...it is very obvious that they work aso a team and everything seems to run so smoothly. We will move on to her older sister soon.

Yesterday morning I had a root canal, two good size fillings and 8 or so small fillings done. I honestly dont know if I would have needed aspirin later that day, and today I feel great! I am very impressed with the quality of service at High Peaks Dental. The employees are about as friendly and caring as you will find anywhere, The Doctors are very skilled, and I found the experience to be all but pain free. The Doctor even called me at 7:30 that evening to make sure that I was doing alright! I am very happy to have made High Peaks Dental a part of my future, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I hate going to the dentist, but this place with their friendly staffs n cheerful smiles and greetings makes it alot easier. I was seen by doctor Michael OConnor and he was great and very caring. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone! They are so friendly. The quality with the service was great. Dr. OConner took the time out of his busy schedule to call me the next day to make sure I was alright. Overall I would rate this place higher if I could I was very happy and pleased with my experience.

They reported me to a collections agency for a bill I was never given or notified about. The first I knew about the bill was from receiving a collections notice. Luckily I was able to contact the collections agency and pay it before it was reported to the credit bureaus. I definitely wont be going here anymore though and risking my credit. Ive heard of a number of other people having similar issues with them.

I went to high peaks dental for the first time today. I have a huge fear of the dentist and I can not even begin to describe the care I received there. Everyone went above and beyond to ease my fears. It was a fantastic experience and I will be going back !!! Thank you high peaks dental for restoring my faith in the dentist !!!

My daughter has been going to High Peaks Dental since she was really little. She loves it when Dr. Caldon sings. (She likes the prize box too!) I definitely recommend High Peaks Dental- everyone is friendly and the doctors are so gentle. There is no one else I trust more to take such great care of me and my family.

I was in need of a crown repair! I was offered same day appointment but due to my schedule I could not make it that day. Was fit with an appointment 2 days later, one that fit with my schedule. The repair was fast, painless and successful. Everyone was friendly from the phone call to the end of the appointment.
