I was trying to make a switch to this place, since reading all the "good" reviews here. But I want to state how wrong this place is. I called them to ask if they take my insurance and one of the staff said they do but they have to process few forms on their side, and if I can wait and call back in 2 weeks. I was totally OK with waiting for 2 weeks, I mean after all, the reviews states how amazing the customer service of the office is. So I called back in 3+ weeks later, thinking by this time they should having everything ready and running. I called them up, and spoke to one of the staffs, and she said "yes we do take your insurance plan. You have to call your insurance and set the site with us." And that is exactly what I tried to do, but when I called my insurance, their information could not be found. I then called them back and explained the situation and they seemed pretty shocked. I was told if I can give their phone number & the Dr. name as info to my insurance to see if then it come up. I then played this back and forth game for another 2 weeks with them and my insurance. Finally I asked my insurance for help and if they can call them up to check. My insurance had spoke to one of their staff and the staff said they do take my insurance, but they have to submit a form and then only I call make the switch. Well I was happy to hear that and called them back the following week to check the status. Since Monday I have tried to call and no one picked up until Wednesday. Then I asked if they recall me and my situation about making the switch, The staff (woman), who I had been talking for weeks each time I call them, acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I had to explain my story once again, but at this time she was very rude and nasty towards me and said, no they do not take my insurance. Like WHAT????!!!!! Are you kidding me?! So for a month I was dealing with this nonsense crap to hear this big lie? Then she tells me to ask my insurance to find me other places to go. Like no lady, I do not need your advice. Long story short, I am glad I never even went to them. And I am 100% sure that I will find a better dentist with a much better environment and staffs, who knows how to treat people with kindness. And this was my experience with them only over the phone, cant even imagine what it would be like to visit them in person. My suggestion, STAY AWAY from them!!!!

I had a great experience here two weeks ago. I went in for a cleaning and I did not have to wait long. They did my X-rays first and then a few minutes later I had my cleaning done. Rosie did a great job and was super. Rosie always remembers me and asks about the rest of my family. She even followed up with me by sending me the name of a toothpaste we talked about because I left the paper in her office. I have been coming here for years and I am happy with the service. They are usually flexible with scheduling and usually able to accommodate me in a timely manner.

I recently started going to this office and I can say I love it ! The girls in the front greeted me with a smile and checked me in right away. I saw Rosie for a cleaning, she explained step by step what she doing which calmed my fears. When my appointment finished I was checked out and given an appointment within a couple of days. Very professional I will be back!

On two separate occasions I made appointments months in advance. Both times I was called and told that they cannot commit to it because someone was going to be on vacation the day of my appointment. This is a massive inconvenience for people who have and have limited availability. Poor reliability when it comes to honoring commitments.

I have been going to Prudentcare Dentist for close to 20 years. Rosie and the rest of the Staff ( I cant remember everybody name), they are the BEST. As soon as you walk into the office youre greeted with a friendly hello. And Dr. B is a great dentist. If anyone wants a great dentist ggo to Prudentcare.

There is nothing I liked about this dentist. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, cant hardly get through on the phone and the whole experience was a disaster. Red flag, Red flag stay away from this place do yourself a favor and find another dentist.

The staff are very polite and professional my 2 children have been there for braces and never an issue. And I have been there and have been treated with respect and the staff answer all questions or concerns.

Unfortunate drop in service over time . How do you charge on a cancelled appointment , and not make it priority to contact clients when the dentist is backed up for several hours.... SMH..
