Took my son here for his first ever dentist appointment. He is 2 and a half. We went the day of, there was a massive stack of paperwork we had to fill out, it was insane, I dont know why they dont mail this junk out to customers PRIOR to appointments. Anyways, definitely not a kid friendly place either, there was a dirty ass mickey mouse table in the corner next to a dusty ass window, no books, no toys etc. It was just rows of seats and a tv on the wall. It felt like a free clinic, didnt feel welcoming at all. Took them about 30 minutes to check him in, so he was of course cranky, I pulled out my phone to let him watch youtube videos, we were called in shortly after, as we walk to the back the nurse sas "You cannot have phones back here" So i turned my phone off there was a sign on the door saying only 1 person allowed with patient at any given time, which pissed me off because his daddy wanted to be there with him too. He had to wait in the waiting room. They tell me my son is too young an not much they can do, so they get this little tooth polisher and put some flouride paste and tell me to hold him down so they can clean his teeth, he was screaming and omg it was horrible the screams while i held him down. It was over in less than 3 minutes but it was enough to traumatize him. I will never bring him back there, the nurses kept feeling the need to tell me to take him to eastman dental, the point of going here was they are open on saturdays, his daddy is off saturdays and wanted to be there for his first appointment, if we would of known only one of us could go back with him for it we would of just went to eastman to begin with.

Absolutely terrible experience getting my wisdom teeth out. The dental assistant explained to me I shouldnt experience any pain the first day or two and itll be the worst on the third day but so far the first two days Ive been in excruciating pain. Im also not a professional but I dont think I should still be having to pack my mouth with gauz because the bleeding hasnt stopped. Sketchiest part of all about this place was going into surgery with a tampon in and coming out of surgery without one my mom was with me the whole day after I got out of surgery and she never once told me I went to the bathroom so I couldnt have been confused from my meds and took it out because I was with my mother the whole time and I vividly remember I put on in right before my surgery. On top of that I sat in the dentist chair waiting for about 30 minutes while the doctor and assistant stood in the hall laughing and talking in Spanish just being on there phone and having a conversation completely disregarding that I was there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER COME HERE !

They dont deserve the one star I had to give them. The first appointment I schedule for my daughter was at 3:00 am. Which suppose to be 3:00 pm. When they called to confirm the appointment it was stated 3 pm. Whos open at 3 am anyway. Obviously a clinical error that should have been caught before the appointment. No apology was a offered. I reschedule the appointment for two weeks later. Some time. Upon enter the receptionist explain that the insurance did not cover dental. And someone try to call me. Somehow now they had the wrong phone number. I try to have the card fax over but was told that she couldnt be seen that day because they would have to verify the insurance. How long do it take to make a call?... I work as an health benefit rep, and call and verify and sign people up for insurance it takes me less than 10 minutes to verify. So in total. Time and money was missed from work and school. Gas was wasted, and in return received no services or an apology.

Ive been a patient for a year at this so called business.i feel its the worst Denist Ive ever been to they schedule you an appointment to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back to sit there in chair for 1 hr and 37 minutes to finally inquire why am I still sitting here and takes that tech 15 more minutes to say theyll be right with for them to tell me my insurance doesnt pay for a second set of dentures.boy was I pissed off.so I call insurance company who states they do,but need a statement from Medical doctor.(n ever heard of) but any how next appointment , right in for impressions.okay fine.then called me aweek early for a quick appointment but couldnt make it so kept my original appointment my next appointment to sit in waiting room for 45 minutes for them to call me and tell me my impression is not back.iwent off on this b***h.moral of the story is they SUCK.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. I called for an appointment in February for my 8 year old, they were the closest place (3 hours away from home) that would take a child under the age of 10, my daughters dentist insisted she needs to see an orthodontist. They called me today, two days before her appointment saying that they had a protocol change and she could no longer be seen due to her age. After 3 horrible phone conversations it was decided that my daughters appointment would not be honored because the protocol change was in NOVEMBER! Which leads me to wonder how the appointment was scheduled in the first place. Now I have to cancel the arrangements that I made to go to an appointment 3 hours away. They were so unprofessional and obviously clueless.

The check in process was fine but the treatment I received from the dentist was a disgrace. She asked me a question and when I went to answer she started talking to another coworker and never apologize for the interruption or even asked me to tell her my concerns. She looked in my mouth told the hygienists that I needed an extraction and walked away. Mind you I waited a long time to see her. I will never go there again nor will I refer anyone there. The service I received from the dentist there was unprofessional and a total disgrace to the practice. The TV commercials are a total fabrication of genuine care. I wouldnt even take my dog to a place like that.

Very rude. The two Hispanic girls who work as the Dental assistants( one with glasses on and long hair) they say a lot of smart nasty comments about whatever black worker is there. And they talk unprofessionally and rude in the same room with you like youre not there. The staff play with wheelchairs down the hall while people are in their appointments, they are loud and obnoxious and like a zoo. On top of it you wait a whole hour to be seen for your appointment. & no one knows what theyre doing ever they literally wander around trying to get the answer from other coworkers .... just dont even waste your time with these unprofessional people!!

Whelp, I just cancelled my appointment that was for 9:30 a.m. I got there and signed in at 9:19 a.m. after waiting an hour I told them to cancel my appointment and walked out. The receptionist didnt care at all. Horrible way to start out there. I will be finding a new place to go. Also after reading these reviews Im glad I left , sounds like it would have been a terrible visit. Thanks but no thanks Wilson Dental.
