Let me first start by saying I adored Dr. Bellin. He was attentive, thorough and had one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I had ever met. Unfortunately his office manager is an entirely different matter. A client/patient/customer needs to be listened to and they should feel as though the staff is interested in working through the problem with an active intent on resolution. My experience was quite the opposite of that. I recently had an issue with a bill. It seemed to be an additional invoice for a traditional visit in which I would normally have a single copay. I called to discuss it with them and spoke with Libby. She started off by distancing herself from the situation and trying to make it clear that she didnt really know what the bill was about. I was trying to give her some background about my previous billing experiences and she just WOULD NOT let me speak. She continually cut me off to the point that I tried to tell her to let me explain and still, she just kept talking. Finally I raised my voice and told her that she needs to give me a moment to finish my sentence and she told me that she "cant speak to me like this" and she hung up on me. I called back (and by now of course, I am extremely upset) and demanded to speak to Dr. Bellin and the same thing happened....I couldnt even get my words out, all she did was talk over me and over me. I run my own business and if I heard my assistant hang up on any one of my clients I would have fired them on the spot. What a disgraceful representation of a medical business.

Dr. Bellins staff are very professional and courteous...they not only send out an email reminder but also a phone call the day before...as far as Dr Bellin...he is amazing...always listens to what you need from him...his exams are thorough and painless...he is the most professional obgyn i have ever been to in my life!!

Switched to Dr. Bellin when I was in the MIDDLE of labor 8 years ago because I liked him so much better than his former partner who was my doctor at the time. He is kind, professional and has a fantastic sense of humor. He has delivered both of my children. I highly recommend him. His staff is also wonderful.

Racist rude weasel. I guarantee all his good reviews are from white people. Dr Bellin has an extremely rude staff , he is a bit of a weasel. He allows is front desk resceptionist to give medical advice. Dr Bellin is not for his patient he is for his staff. Which he allows to be rude to his patients.

Love Dr. Bellin! Great sense of humor and very professional. Everyone in the office is very nice. I would highly recommend him! Did my surgery for an ovarian cyst I had as an emergency which is how he became my ob/gyn. Saved my life!

Dr Bellin is far from a weasel. I have been going to his office for many years now. I think he is a teddy bear. The reviewer who called him a weasel should learn how to spell and make complete sentences.
