Dr. Blumstein is a great physician, however, the reception staff is aweful. You can call their automated appointment line everyday, 10x a day and for a month yet NEVER recieve a return call. Should you choose a different option, attempting to get a real person on the phone, you will be placed on hold literally forever. IT is a real shame that such a talented doctor has a hack support staff.

Although I think Dr. Blumstein is a great doctor, the staff is atrocious. You can never reach anyone on the phone. When you leave messages, they fall into a black hole and never get returned. And when you do go to the office, you sit and wait for over an hour before you are called to be seen. Im done with this office.
