Amazing Physician!!!! Dr. Tsapok is truly the best, there are not enough good things to say about her. The wait maybe long, however, she really listens and never ever rushes you like many other doctors. The girls at the front desk always get you in, especially when you call asking to see the doctor the same day, Ive had situations in the past with other offices, before I found this office where I would need to wait months to schedule an appointment and no one even cared whether it was an emergency or not. There should not be any complaints about her or her office, you can have everything done in one place, they do not send you out for any tests or ultrasounds because they do it all in their office with ease. There is a reason why her office is always busy, I, like many others come back because shes the best of the best. The staff is super friendly, the place is clean and welcoming and most importantly the doctor spends quality time with you, what more can you ask for?

The wait time is ridiculous....we had an appointment today for a sonogram and waited 5 hours in the waiting room....we were told we would be next and they continuously took patients who came after us!!! Update from my previous post above - to be fair, I wrote the previous comment out of frustration from our 1st impression with this office. We did give it a second attempt as our expectations were better properly set and actually meeting the doctor after did settle us down and she did deliver the exciting news we were expecting our first child. I do believe there could be improvements but to be fair it does seem they are really good at what they do. Just maybe a better customer experience would be better for the amount of customers they book to see in one day.

What a horrible Doctor and Staff! How are people like this still in business? If you keep people waiting for hours on end, it is your failure as a practitioner, if you need more time per patient then schedule more time. Dont triple book appointments, its inefficient and it not respectful of peoples time . I had to report Dr. Tsapok for insurance fraud as she billed out tens of thousands of dollars to my insurance and billed for procedures never done on dates where I was out of the country! RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

Dr. Tsapok is amazing. Every examination from sonogram (internal and external) to the blood work is done on site. She is very pleasant to deal with. Takes the time out to see if you have any questions first and addresses them in a way so that you are also educated on what is happening with your body. Great bedside manner! Her hospital is SIUH. So youre safe if youre having a baby.

Amazing physician! She is extremely dedicated to her patients and is very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and she takes her time to listen and truly cares. Bedside manner is just amazing, she is very calming and gentle. The office recently moved to a new location and it is beyond beautiful. The staff is always pleasant and really go above and beyond.

She was just horrible! How are people like this still in practice? I wish I would have read her yelp reviews before bringing my wife here. The office is dirty and poorly run. The examination room looks like a janitors closet, which might be insulting to janitors. Go somewhere else please, for the love of god, go somewhere else.

I dont like the staff at all but I do like the doctor she is gentle and nice however Ive been experiencing an ongoing problem with my health and I feel there is no real answer just more and more antibiotics and I think being a Gyno for so long she should be able to figure it out or come up with a solution or a plan

Doctor is extremely nice, shes the only one who made me feel comfortable. The nurse who took my blood was extremely nasty and the wait was annoying, 2 hours to get checked. But again, the doctor was nice.

Please do not go here. The wait is horrible, the staff is rude and the Dr. is only interested in billing your insurance for procedures she did not perform. STAY AWAY!!!!
