During my last two years as a nursing student, I would often suffer from lower back pain from constantly being on my feet for extended periods of time during clinical. On top of that, I was also in the volleyball team and handball team for my school and that was when the pain finally caught my attention. It got to the point where bending down from the hips and standing up from a sitting position gave me an aching sharp pain at my lower back so that was when I finally thought to seek treatment. During my second treatment I already began to feel changes and every time I went to the office, Dr. Germino would always have a heartwarming welcome. He took time to get to know me, he asked about my career as a nurse and what I planned to do in my future. Hes the type of doctor that really cares about his patients, coming from a nurse in the same medical field. He keeps his office clean and tidy and his workers are just as friendly as he was. If my back pain comes back, I would not hesitate to go back and get treatment from him again.

Dr Sal Germino, has healed my back pain! . this doctor had helped my lower back pain, which i had been suffering through, for years. Ive been going to him every week at first, but then because i was much better, the dr brought the treatment to 1 time every other week. Dr sals honesty was so well appriciated. i feel so confident again! Ever since going to Dr Sal, i was finally able to do my regular jogging again and my normal exercises. my back has not gone out, since i started going to him. I got my life back! i feel sooo much much much better, because of Dr Sal. Not only is Dr Sal very personable, but he knows exactly what to do, how you are feeling, and how many times you need to visit,. i couldnt ask for anything else! Dr Germino always, goes that extra mile too, see what you need, get you better fast, and if there is any questions, he makes you feel comfortable, to ask him. just a wonderful experience. thankyou Dr Sal. i would recommend you to anyone!

I had the worst TMJ flare up ever due to a dental procedure. I went to my pcp and she referred me to Dr. Sal... the ladies that work there were awesome and was able to fit me in the same day on short notice , very professional manner and they explained everything (they even have most of the paperwork we all hate as a link to download and fill out before the visit) , Once I met Dr Sal I knew I was in good hands ,after using cold laser therapy and the graston technique I immediate felt a difference.... after my 3rd visit I would say Im at 90%, he even treated the neck pain as a result of the TMJ flareup.. he also has a onsite massage therapist and she awesome...neck has never felt better.... I highly recommend my fellow TMJ sufferers to go see Dr. Sal... you wont regret it.... after years of dealing with this TMJ B.S , I finally have a goto for treating it.... thanks Dr. Sal !!

I had been going through pain due to sciatica for about 2 weeks. My pain doctor gave me some trigger shots and they did nothing to ease the pain. He sent me to doctor Germino and as I was going through the session I could actually feel the pain lessen. After about 3 sessions the pain was practically gone. Now he is working on my lower back. Im so glad I was referred to see him. All the staff is friendly and professional and they never overbook appointments so I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I totally recommend his services.

Dr. Germino stays on top of innovative methods and techniques in chiropractic care. He has knowledge and sound justification for treatments, which makes you feel confident and positive. For my acute tennis elbow condition Dr. Germino applied Graston Technique and then Rapid Release technology - and results are very encouraging. He as well as his staff, are very professional and personable. The whole office operation is organized impeccably; I dont think Ive ever seen a medical office where all appointments are kept on time.

I was referred to Dr. Salvatore Germino by the law firm of Chelli & Bush after I was injured on a NYC transit bus. I injured my back. I made my appointment and received very prompt and courteous service by all the staff. I find the chiropractor very knowledgeable and professional and I feel he has helped me tremendously with my injuries. He is very skilled and Im glad I was referred to him for my treatment. I was in so much back pain from many years of hard work and bad posture. I finally went to Dr. Germino and his fine staff. I was seen and immediately saw that this was something I should have done a while ago. Dr. Germino is so knowledgeable, hard working, caring and considerate. He spends all the time needed to address my needs and long and behold I felt much better. No more back and neck pain! I cant thank him enough for his kindness and true professionalism. What a great Doctor and a great man!!

I had gone to Dr. Germino with a rorator cuff issue, that I had received kicking back dumbbells, on 12.21. Now after two graston techniques three days apart and laser light therapy session I am back to the gym and have full range of motion in my arm without pain. I would absolutely reccommend his practice as Dr. Germino truly knows what he is doing and his staff is friendly and accomadating. Most importantly I have been to his office three times and was taken on time for every appointment.

I went to Dr. Germino after a bad experience with a different chiropractor. I was nervous going in but everyone in the office is pleasant and friendly. I dont think I waited more than 5 minutes! Dr. Germino really is the best - he is attentive and caring, incredibly personable, and made me feel at ease throughout the adjustment. I walked out feeling significantly better after the first visit. I would (and have!) recommend him to anyone in search of a chiropractor.

Dr. Germino is a great Chiropractor! I have been to many on Staten Island and by far he is the best. I found him online-he had great reviews from his patients and gave it a try.
