This box is too small and 5 stars is not nearly enough to describe my experience with Dr. Craybas and his amazing staff!!! I did extensive research on cosmetic dentists here in the Syracuse area before finally making the call to set up an appointment with Creative Dental Concepts. If youre anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety associated with any major dental procedure. From day one, Dr. Craybas and his staff made me feel comfortable and instead of dreading each appointment, I couldnt wait!!! My new smile is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The Facts? *I was able to make an appointment within an extremely reasonable amount of time. *The first impression I had of this office was over the phone while setting up my initial consultation. Nicole was very friendly, welcoming and informative (a huge plus since I was so nervous about this appointment). *I had several visits for my procedure and they never kept me waiting. My appointments were always on time. *The girls in the office are super friendly and always make you feel welcome, especially Kim who worked directly with Dr. Craybas on my shiny new smile! Shes a rockstar! *And Dr. Craybas... I can say with 100% confidence, if you are looking for a cosmetic dentist in the Syracuse area, look no further! From day one, he HEARD what I was saying. The artist in him had an image in mind of what my smile would become when he was done and let me tell you, he created a masterpiece! Before seeing Dr. Craybas, my teeth were dark and fragile from a lack of enamel; I have hated my smile for YEARS! And now? I cant stop smiling! My teeth are healthy and beautiful! They are so "ME" and so natural looking; exactly what I asked for :) I would absolutely recommend Dr. Craybas and Creative Dental Concepts of CNY and if I could I would give them many more stars!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my insatiable inquisitiveness... They were very kind. I had to get an emergency appointment as a tooths gum started bleeding with pus suddenly... My phd advisor talked with them if they can treat me urgently ( otherwise I could appointments only in a month or so!!) They were kind enough to accommodate me in the last minute. The doctor was patient with my questions too and they were very transparent as to what are they doing with my precious tooth! They showed me pics of my tooth at every stage. I had Delta insurance that paid more than half of the total price.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumb for many years and it has been to my benefit that he has been my dentist. His staff is responsive and makes you feel comfortable from the second you walk into the office and that is very important to me to feel relaxed and not apprehensive. One of the many attributes of Dr. Crumb is that he listens and accepts suggestions and follows thru. I must admit I also enjoy his humming to the elevator music as he does his thing. He is an excellent Dr. and I am pleased to be one of his patients and I give him without question 5 STARS. Sidney Manes

I only have positive things to say about Dr. Craybas and the entire staff. The hygienists are excellent at what they do. Theyre friendly and love seeing my kids. Dr. Craybas called me back within minutes when my son had a dental emergency when the office was closed. They do thorough work and my six-year old loves coming. Youd think they paid me to write this. They did not. Id recommend this practice to anyone with teeth. :)

I ENJOY MY VISITS TO DR. CRUMBS OFFICE . EVERY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH HAS BEEN REPAIRED BY DR. CRUMB AND I LIKE HIM AS A PERSON. MY DENTAL HYGIENIST IS LISA AND SHE IS FUN AND ENGAGING WHILE PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT CLEANING . VERY HELPFUL OFFICE STAFF AND FREE COFFEE. WHAT ELSE COULD A GUY WANT ?
