DO NOT GO HERE!! We had an awful experience. My husband admittedly has not been to a dentist in over 5 years. We came to Aspen Dental not only to get him caught up on his cleanings, but also to address a bad tooth that has been hurting him for some time. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past his scheduled appointment time my husband was finally taken to the back. They took his X-rays and poked and prodded and came back to us with a $2,000 estimate for a "deep cleaning". They didnt even want to talk to him about the tooth which was the real reason that he went in the first place. When I later called to find out what a "deep cleaning" could possibly entail that would come to $2,000, I was told about a wonderful $130.00 toothbrush that we would receive and that she would have to check with the doctor to get more specific details of the work that would need to be completed. At that point, I told the receptionist to not waste her time on that task as we would not be coming back!! What a bunch of rip-off artists! I wish I could give negative stars!

I went in with a broken tooth and no dentist. I have had the same dentist for 40 years and he retired so all this was very new to me. The staff and dentist were extremely professional, and kept me calm with thier happy attitudes and friendliness. I had a thorough exam by the hygienist, the dentist, and had x-rays. After that they gave suggestions to everything that can make my smile better. No one ever suggested anything like this before, they fixed it all. I was thrilled! After years with missing teeth here and there, they suggested a partial and I just finished the one side. I am extremely happy! And can smile without hesitation! What was even better, was the fact that I dont have insurance, and they made it easy with financing, and small payments monthly!

I came in on Friday afternoon for my first time. I had a accident and lost my crown. I was missing a front tooth and I was taking graduation pictures the following morning. Just moving from New York, I wasnt able to provide my insurance information and instead of being denied service and sent home was taken awesome care of anyways. In a matter of 2 hours I was out with a temporary crown looking good as new and better then ever. I broke down in tears of appreciation to the whole staff. Im very thankful and satisfied with my visit and will be returning in the future. I Recommend ANYONE trying to perfect their smile to go to AspenDental, the best dentist office Ive ever visited. Again, a HUGE thank you to the entire Aspen Dental Family

I came in needing an urgent treatment for tooth pain. I did not have an appointment, but the staff were extremely courteous and managed to fit me in their (busy) schedule. Following the wait, I had some examinations done and then proceeded to meet the dentist--a jovial guy who let me know exactly how bad my tooth abscess was. The initial root canal procedure was done promptly and the entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the process. I only had to come back once more to finish things. Definitely recommend this place if you need help around the Hazleton area!

Its been 7 years since Ive been to the Dentist and this staff couldnt have made me feel any better than I expected especially with the load of dental work I was to expect. The x rays (18 of them) was quick and painless. The staff was attentive and caring to my treatments. The doctor did excellent worn on my teeth. The assistants kept me relaxed while the doctor worked and to conclude on a tiring barrage of appointments the front desk was very helpful with the explanations of my treatments and payment options. Great and very satisfying dental appointments.

Had a severe infection that requires 3 teeth to be removed with oral surgery, explained to dentist it was the worst pain ever experienced, my appointment was scheduled for 16 days later, was given a 1 day supply of pain medication, was told if more were needed to call back, called back 2 days later, dentist didnt return call, called back next day was rudely informed to go to emergency room for pain. I have never been made to feel so bad by a health care provider, no compassion whatsoever.

I woke up on a Thursday at 6:00am with a toothache. I searched online for a dentist in the area and found Aspen Dental. With the ridiculously easy online appointment tool, I had an 8:00am appointment immediately. Everyone I came I contact with was nice, helpful, and professional. I needed a root canal, and the office was able to schedule me in the next day. The dentist who did my procedure made it as quick and painless as possible. They participate with many dental insurance companies too!

I needed to get a tooth pulled, my teeth are very brittle from chemotherapy treatment and radiation therapy I dont have the big bucks to get expensive work done but these people here are like no lets just fix it and we can do this and that. I didnt go there to buy a car so please no deal just please pull the tooth. Well I ended up walking out with the cracked tooth still in my mouth. So I would never ever go back and sure in the hell would not refer anyone

Aspen dental has friendly and caring staff. The dental hygienist was thorough. I am enjoying the clean feeling in my mouth. Their explanations of the services were clear and understandable. One suggestion I would make is to provide a new toothbrush with each cleaning. It encourages people to change their toothbrush and to brush their teeth. It is also a good adverting tool. They did provide me with a new toothbrush after I asked.

Doctors and their assistance are nice.but, not billing department, they like to charge for all of the services first then you get all of the services in 6 month. Then when you realize that they charge more they will say that they give you the call back regarding no answer once they got all of the money. I and my wife never going to go back.

Only the staff are nice , but you need more than that , they have to lean how to make the implants , they make me 5 en six day , and the was horrible , 5 differents and was only One , thats all I need , One !!! The best part of this ? No celebration in new year and plus !!! My mouth was curting inside for all that !

Everyone there was so pleasant, polite, and helpful! Also, when youre in pain and a l little nervous, a little humor goes a long way! The Dentist was very clear and took his time explaining to me what needed to be done, as well as the possible complications. An A++ experience

We went to this office for my husband because he was having tooth pain. It was an emergency situation. They told us if we post dated our check they wouldnt cash it till Friday. Turns out they cashed it anyway, which caused the check to bounce. Will never go there again!

Very Friendly, Very Efficient, Comprehensive, Just missing something, the cleaning treatment was not as deep as my teeth need. I had about 4 months that did not receive cleaning and I have some cavities and they did not give treatment to him. Otherwise, all good. Thank you
