I usually keep these things to myself , but I believe others should hear my experience with Dr. Falvello before they decide to see him. I originally went to my local dentist because of extreme tooth pain. He told me that I have an infection in one of my back teeth and will nered an oral surgeon to remove it. An infected tooth is known to be one of the most painful things a person can experience. Anyway I was having trouble finding an oral surgeon that took my insurance and could see me quickly. After calling many surgeons and dental places I somehow came across this place. I explained to them I needed a surgeon to pull my infeted tooth, ect. And was given and appointment 7 days later. The day of my appointment I was in very rough shape, I had not had much sleep or ate much for that week, I didnt even leave my house. I was instantly brought back to the exam room and Dr. Falvello came in the room took a look and gave me 3 nova Caine injections and he was talking with my father. All was normal until 15 seconds after the injection the Dr. asked me if the pain was gone, I said not yet.... Instantly he demeanor changed and he snapped at me saying "dont be a smart ass to me" ! I was completely blown away by this as was my father. I had in no way been disrespectful with my words or tone to this man...I literally said 2 words "not yet". My father and I looked at each other and the doctor left the room, my father followed him out and said "I dont think my son was smart to you" the doctor replied "yea maybe I was out of line" !! About 10 minutes later Dr. Falvello came back in the room , sat next to me and shook my hand apologizing. The only reason I was still there was because of the extreme pain I was in. After his apology the atmosphere was uncomfortable but I decided to stick it out (was willing to do anything to relieve the pain). So the doctor left and came back 15 minutes later and began to pull on the tooth, he instructed me to tell him if it hurt at any time. Not even 15 seconds in I felt a sharp pain anD said yes....Dr. falvellos attitude did a complete 360 for the second time as he put down his tools and said he could not pull the tooth. Alarmed , I asked him why and he replied "are you serious" ...at this point we were walking out of the room and Id had enough. I told him "I have in no way been rude to you and this is just unprofessional" he turned around and aggressively steoped close to me, blocking the doorway and said "You have a smart ass tone the way you answered my questions" My jaw dropped to the floor for a 3rd time and I didnt know what to say. So I paid the $50 bill (I know I shouldnt have) and as I was walking out he tried to shake my hand again!! Turns out he didnt take my insurance in the first place. Nor is he an oral surgeon, this is a regular dentist office. I guess that is partially my mistake but I did inform them when I made the appointment that I needed to see a surgeon. I also admit that I was 20 minutes late for the appointment. But in no way does that excuse this mans nasty and strange actions. Everytime I think about this experience it bothers me, I dont know if he had personal issues that day or what. I apologize for the long post but I feel anyone who is considering this place should be aware of my situation. I recently found a great surgeon and was told that the infection changes the Ph, which prevents novacane from working in many cases. He also told me Dr. Falvello should of recognized this immediately as its very common.

Ive been a patient for 20+ years and that alone says a lot! Great staff and you see the same faces for years. That speaks volumes for their employer (Dr Falvello). Always top quality care and I have no plans of going any place else anytime soon!
