Amazing customer service on a personal level. Lou and Mike enthusiastically spent time getting to know me on a personal level, recognizing my individual needs, preferences, and commitment to getting it right—no matter what. They really changed the way I think about having to go for an eye exam. Even the followup appointments for fittings and adjustments were a pleasure to show up for. Just the simple gesture of being able to continue our conversations without forgetting the smallest of insignificant details really blew me away—and sets NY Optometric apart from other businesses, far beyond the vision and eye care profession.
