I was very displeased to be treated so rudely by the woman who schedules appointments. Especially after such a pleasant greeting and brief conversation with the receptionist. Upon the call transfer and being asked what time of day Id like to make an appointment, the womans immediate comment was "so you dont work".... Excuse me, yes I do work. "Well I just assumed you didnt because your appointment time didnt matter". Mam like I said I do work, actually I have my own business!. "Okay, is that Medicaid insurance?" PARDON ME!!! No its not thank you I have private insurance. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was trying to keep it local but out of town I go. I would NEVER treat any of my customers this way! What has happened to professionalism and the value of customers? Without customers our businesses cannot be profitable, let alone reputable.

Extremely nice employees, very nice office. Unfortunately, theyre a little behind-the-times as far as technology goes -- dont use their "Book Now!" feature on their Facebook (which is the only website they have online, apparently). Their optometrist is only in certain days, and they frequently get booked all the way up to 4 or 5 months in advance. If you can get an appointment, theyre good people.

What a nice place. Some of the most friendly staff Ive ever met. Would definitely recommend it to anyone needs get eye care. This place really cares about its clients
