I had an appointment and arrived early. But they took 2 walk-ins ahead of me. Then I was told I wouldnt be seen until after my appointment time and they laughed and said I should probably go walk around the mall for a while. REALLY! What is the point of making an appointment if you take walk-ins ahead of appointments. I will not be rescheduling or going back there are lots of other options.
