Exceptional service, friendly stuff, and reasonable price! I needed a vet to care for our dogs and to board and care for my dogs while we were away on a trip. So we picked WhiteStone Animal Hospital because they were close and have used them multiple times already. We boarded our dogs over the our summer vacation, and we also had one of our dogs teeth cleaned, and got them both the shots they needed at the hospital. The people at WhiteStone Animal Hospital are communicative, transparent, nice, and timely. While we were on our trip, we asked if they could clean the teeth of the other dogs, and they called back to say that they didnt need to be cleaned. So it was nice to not have to pay for something extra and unnecessary. Their location is convenient, and their care has always been good. When you love animals like most pet owners do, you want to make sure to get the 100%, and Whitestone Animal Hospital has that. Try them, and you wont be disappointed.

Almost five years ago, my wife and I adopted our 2 year old (at the time) Basset Hound, Monty. This was our first experience having a dog, so we were a bit nervous and unclear on exactly what to do. From day one, the team at Whitestone Animal Hospital has been there to support us every step of the way. When we bring him for visits or when he has needed a procedure, the entire staff treats him, and us, with such care, love ,professionalism and expertise. They have always done right by Monty. There have been many times when I have called Dr. Merker for Veterinary advise, and he has always made the time listen and support. Monty is currently a 7 year old, very healthy and happy Basset. I feel that we owe a great deal of this to the care we have received from the only Veterinary team our little guy has ever been to. Thank you to our friends at Whitestone Animal Hospital... Not happy. Vet doesnt seem to communicate well. May be problem with English. Prices higher than other local vets. We agreed on a surgical procedure. He didnt do it and did an alternate one which I already had before on the cat. He agreed it was not a good idea to do it again because the cat would be back for more. Yet he did it which meant besides paying $1700 approx. Cost, in a few months Id be back for the procedure we agreed upon which could of been avoided and reduced the cat s pain and suffering besides additional expenses.

I have been bringing my pets here for a very long time. I have always found Dr. Merker"s medical expertise to be excellent. He has always treated my animals with care and respect. His office staff are wonderful. My dog, Lucas, lights up when he sees his friends in this office. In the event of an emergency, I have never has a difficult time getting an appointment that day. If you are looking for excellent medical care along with a staff that really cares about the animals, this is the place.

My family has been using Dr. Merker for many years. I have always found him and his wonderful office staff to be extremely knowledgable, professional and compassionate. Our beloved Charlie was a frequent patient for a chronic skin condition and recurrent ear infections. As Charlie aged, he was blind and could no longer walk. When we made the agonizing decision to have him put down, Dr. Merker came to our home. I will never forget that incredible act of kindness.

I have to say that the entire staff and Doctors at Whitestone Animal Hospital are extremely professional and dedicated to what they do. They love all the animals that come in, and go out of their way to treat the pets like they were their own. Stacey even sat on the waiting room floor with my baby Rollie, so he could be treated since he hates the metal exam table and is a big baby at 110 pounds. I highly recommend them!

Dr Rojas is useless. Asks the same question over and over, doesnt look at patients history chart thoroughly, and makes decisions based on 5 yr old records. I highly doubt his license is valid. This guy and some of the staff members dont care about their patients. Lazy and stupid. Busy gossiping. They refused to help me feed pills to my 7 lbs dog because i told them she gets fidgety.

Have been bringing my Coraline and Princess here for the longest. As soon as Princess is in there she instantly recognizes everyone and feels like she is at home. Always had clear explanations of anything that was occurring to my little ones. If I ever had an emergency they always accommodated.
