Although I cant complain about Dr. Fatouh, I have to say that some of the staff can be quite disrespectful. My first deep cleaning procedure was so painful, I wish Id died. The hygienist refused to give me the necessary numbing injections, opting for numbing gel instead which I insisted beforehand would not be enough. But what do I know, Im just a paying customer, not a professional right? My last visit was the worst. I came in, sat down in the waiting room, and after a few minutes was asked about my visit by a seemingly kind concierge. I gave her the necessary information and requested a bit of floss before my cleaning (I felt some discomfort and wanted to floss while waiting 35 minutes before being treated). She gave me a fake smile and said "sure when I get a chance" -which I knew meant "just sit down and shut up". During my waiting time, she took care of four other patients/customers and did not once procure what I had nicely requested. My turn came up, I was called in and I stated to the hygienist the fact that I asked for floss and was ignored, she also ignored my request by simply placing the x-ray protector on top of me and going on as if I had said absolutely nothing. I let her continue with the process and waited for Dr. Fatouh to assess me. During his assessment, Dr. Fatouh asked the hygienist for some floss (as I informed him that I was experiencing pain during flossing). The hygienist simply said "yes" and promptly handed him a string of clean floss from her drawer. At this point I was livid. After the assessment, I got up, and left ignoring the hygienists offer of a goodie bag complete with a toothbrush, toothpaste and .......yep you guessed it -FLOSS! I said "no thank you" and left, never to return again. I must say that this dental office is immaculate, and the staff can be friendly, but this experience ruined a good portion of my day and I felt awful after such a terrible experience. Im considering renting a car and traveling three hours to Massachusetts to see my old dentist and hygienist who are much more inviting and respectful. All I needed was a bit of floss, that was all. But because I was blatantly ignored over and over again, I simply refuse to go back there again. This negative review could have been avoided if I had simply recieved a bit of floss.

I dont even want to leave not even one star for these idiots... For wasting my time left home early to find the address waited in the car for at least a half hour till my schedule time. So I made an appointment one week in advanced i come on in and they said oh we where suppose to call you to let you know that your insurance hasnt Been active in years? Ok so now I know but damn they had 7 days to notify me about it? how do you forget, its the weekend now and all insurance offices are closed now I gotta wait all the way till Monday to give them a call and had the office had notify me whiten the weekday I would have been fine call the insurance to have this problem fixed and been ready to go...and the lady at the front desk didnt seem to care and was kind of rude not even a apology to me...thumbs down for poor quality of customer service...

I had an emergency that needed immediate attention and after contacting my dental practice they could not accommodate me until Monday morning so I googled emergency dentists and they gave me Central Park Dental . I have passed this location numerous times thought it was a house . Not only was I impressed with the building the receptionist Francis was very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. The atmosphere was very clean and comfortable and they gave me a 11:45 am appt. I would definitely recommend this dental practice and I am definitely going back already made an appt for next week. Dr. Wen and staff were very nice and made me feel at ease. DR .WEN TOOK CARE OF MY EMERGECENCY AND I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THE STAFF AT CENTRAL PARK DENTAL.

Most pleasant expirience. Staff are great . Dr. Fattou and his assistant are excellent. I felt very comfortable and relax. They make you feel at home and constantly ask if you are ok. Talk with you to make you feel relax, not to mention the flat screen tv. Lets put it this way. I donot under any circumstances enjoy going to the dentist. I havent gone in over 2 years due to that experience. Well with that being said. I will go from here on end, have all my work done by Dr. Fatoou. Feeling very happy. I HIGHLY , HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Cheerio...

This was my first time at this facility and it was a great experience. The service was incredible from the doctor to my hygienist, Olga. Okga was very informative and she has amazing hands. I want to thank Lori Lee for helping my husband with his emergency dental situation. The doctor is amazing and provides options for procedures to maintain. a lifetime healthy smile. I absolutely love Central Park Dental and highly recommend them especially if you are someone like me who has a huge fear of anything that has to do with the dentist:) The office is extremely welcoming and clean.They are patient, understanding, and gentle. Olga is my favorite hygienist. She makes teeth cleaning super fun and is the sweetest person ever. Go ahead, face your fears and schedule your appointment. You will be happy you did!!

Amazing Team! From the front end to the back! Very professional and courteous. Made my son and I feel at home! Both The Hygienist Quninzella and Doctor Fatouh was gentle and kind! We had such a wonderful experience. I dont live close maybe about 1 hour and 1/2 away but it is so hard to find a dentist office that you can trust and feel comfortable with. If your looking for a dentist I highly Recommend this office to everyone!

My appointment went great, the energy they have in the office is positive, from the times I have been here the staff always have smiles. My dentist was amazing and I am grateful that they took the time to see me , I went in for a root canal and there was no pain (Awesome), plus they did save my tooth I thought Id be leaving with just gums ... now if I can only put down the candy.

Dr. Fatouh and his staff are great. They have a very clean office, modern equipment, but best of all, they actually care. I have been to more than one dentist that was more interested in selling me something than they were in making sure I had healthy teeth and gums. I am so happy to have found a good dental office and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Professional, patient, caring towards patients. You will not be disappointed. My wait in waiting area was short, in my 10:00 out in 40 minutes, loved that. I am usually a nervous wreck, but they were patient with me and made me smile, and this is coming from someone who ran from going into a dentist office for 3 years. Great cleaning job!

This is my second time at Central Park dental. It is a very clean facility and the staff here is great! My husband and I both had our cleaning done by Olga yesterday and she was very thorough! The woman at the front desk was really sweet as well. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!
