In good faith, I cant recommend this office unless you have a lot of time on your hands. I made my appointments, showed up on time and then sat and waited...and waited...and waited. The first visit I waited 20 minutes to be seen. The second, almost 40 minutes and in my third, almost an hour and 20 minutes. I came because a friend had recommended Dr. Hernandez highly, but I never saw or met him. My initial evaluation was done by a student working there in an intern position without any supervision. Then I was seen by a nice guy who spent hardly any time with me because he had multiple other patients he had to follow at the same time as he was supposed to be treating me. Because the therapist who was supposed to be working with me was also handling a number of other clients at the same time, I did not get the attention I needed and often would be finished with an exercise and waiting until he could get back to me. On my last visit, I not only waited to be seen after a very long wait, but when I went to the desk to complain, they checked and said the therapist was busy and it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said no, I was leaving and they said, wait...well get you in now. That session then went on for hours...fully double the time it should have taken because of the lack of attention while my therapist was off working with other patients. After my last visit here, I cancelled all my future appointments and went elsewhere for treatment. The final insult was receiving a bill from the office for payment before and then after they submitted their expenses to my insurance. Over the course of three visits I waited over 2 hours before being seen and then wasted more hours while receiving minimal attention from my therapist which caused the sessions to get expanded. The best I can say is that this is a busy practice and because of that it clearly is easy to slip into the cracks. Unfortunately, I was one of those who got lost and it cost me a lot of money and even more time. Why should you take the chance when there are so many other more professional offices available to you?

I cant say enough about Executive Park Physical Therapy! Their approach is personalized with high levels of professionalism and knowledge. The staff are friendly and extremely sensitive to patient needs. I highly recommend Dr.Ivan! I began PT for a debilitating L5-S1 herniated disc with shooting pain down my left leg. I injured myself while a teaching a dance class (fitness instructor), for obvious reasons I was very concerned with my ability to teach or engage in any physical activity in the future given the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Ivan thoroughly explained the possible causes of the injury and put a meticulous plan of action in place to ensure I fully recovered and gained strength in order to prevent further injury. Through a series of stretching, adjustments and targeted exercises I am pain free, stronger and most importantly more aware of my movements and proper alignment. I was so pleased with my results that I chose to join Dr. Ivans Transformation Program which focuses on leading a healthier life through proper diet and exercise. I must admit.... in all the years of teaching fitness classes and working out, I have never seen my body transform in terms of strength, muscle, tone and definition like I have in this program. This has been a life changing experience for me, I highly recommend DR. Ivan and Executive Park Physical therapy!

Its been about a month now and I honestly have to say the treatment is incredible... Dr Hernandez and staff are very hands on, from the moment you walk in till the end of every session.... I for one suffered an injury that must have somehow caused damaged to my sciatic nerve... The pain was unbareable and until about 3 weeks ago I have not suffered any major symptoms, they have figured out ways to eliminate the symptoms and continue to get me to 100%.... I continue and will continue to follow up with them and I am very sure that they will get me at 100 percent... Thanks again to Dr. Hernandez and the executive park physical therapy team I look forward to continue every session.....

If you require Physical Therapy I highly recommend you see Dr. Ivan Hernandez from Executive Park PT. I was in much pain on my first visit with a pinched nerve and many other problems with my leg, hip and back, Dr. Hernandez takes the time to explain what he is going to do for you and then proceeds to gives you a long range regiment to follow at home. Within 10 days the pinched nerve was pain was almost gone and it was a forward "getting better" for me. Two months later I am happy to say I can exercise, walk, sit, drive and sleep without pain. The front staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Roxy is amazing and very helpful. Dr. Ivan Hernandez and his staff are attentive and work hard to get their patients better. He runs a serious boot camp that tops all others Ive seen. Better than being at actual boot camp. (I know, 10yrs Army). Hands down best place I have gone to and only place I would go. Injured? Looking to get in shape? This is the place to be hands down.

She takes a thorough history and is not shy about referring you to practitioners who she feels are appropriate. She gets blood work right away. What I like best about her is that she is able to listen to what you are saying; there is no meter ticking away inside her head.
