This office does not even deserve one star‼️‼️I had an 830am appointment in an empty waiting room for my son after letting the office know my son was had a little dental anxiety everything went downhill before they even started they were trying to push him off on another dentist saying that that one would make him more comfortable with his anxiety my Shawn just want you to know the difference In The difference in sedatives and before I knew it we were no longer in the office being told somebody would be able to make them more comfortable I called back to reschedule and they tried sending me to Westchester medical what are terrible shame how they send patients off to someone else‼️‼️ HOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️ DO NOT GO HERE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE EVER SAVE YOUR TIME AND TROUBLE THERE ARE MUCH NICER PROFESSIONALS AROUND ‼️‼️‼️‼️

The doctor is okay, but the front desk, is the worst.It took 2 people up front to lose my X-rays, scream in my face and threaten me when I complained about the 1 1/2 hours I waited in an empty office. I still cant believe that telling a receptionist I have been waiting too long warrants the kind of response I received. They clearly have no people skills, no knowledge of interpersonal interaction, no idea how to handle a situation and no idea how to treat people. Stay away!

They dont even deserve 1 star !!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I have never seen a doctor care so less about her patients. When I asked to speak to the owner of the facility to let him know how awful one of his doctors were, they had a secretary call me back. Very unprofessional!!!! This is my first time to ever write a review on any one or business, thats how disgusted I feel about this facility,

Dr. Payami removed a cyste fom my inner lower lip. He was very professional as expected and any surgeon should be, so no extra point here. BUT what separated him from the pack was how quick and thorough he was. Ive had absolutyl no post surgery complications and to top it off he put in hidden sutures - yeah! - I dont feel anything with my tongue or on my gums.

I had a tooth extracked with no problem. The dentist called a few hours after I got home to see if I was all right. The dentist and staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the group

Dr. Payami was very nice and accessible, so too were his staff and assistants. I had to wait for about half a hour though. No complaints otherwise.
