Went there because my PCP was closed and I was still flu-like after two weeks. Facility is super clean, modern, and much bigger than seems on the outside. They are really technologically up-to-date, and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. This was my first time there, and I was completely impressed by everyone and everything. They serviced me immediately, took my vitals, asked me how I was feeling, and recorded everything on their computers. Dr. Church was super thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Did I mention they have everything on the premises? They took a chest x-ray, and the doc pulled it up on the monitor in the room we were in, and even explained in detail everything he was looking at...even things he was looking at that had nothing to do with my symptoms! What a comforting feeling to be so informed. I was thoroughly amazed! Checkout was easy, and they gave me a thorough printout of information about my visit and aftercare. Too bad I cant use them as my primary. I loved this place! Great experience, and everyone was so nice. I would 100% recommend using them if you need to.

Labor Day weekend, a pool mishap led me to the urgent care center. I did not want to go to the ER and wait hours to be seen. On this national holiday I went in and was very impressed by the establishment. After filling out the paperwork I was greeted right away by Dr Helman. He quickly diagnosed me and did the appropriate tests and treatment. I was very happy with the speed and efficiency of my care and I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends there looking for quick and convenient care.

This is the best place to go to avoid the high cost of hospital. Everyone is nice friendly and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and the Dr i saw worked in a ER in the past and is the same emergency care i would receive if i were to go to the hospital. This should be the first place you go for any healthcare concerns.

Went there to get an X-ray on my ankle on a Saturday. The service is prompt, professional, even friendly. I now go there as the first stop for any issue. I have not been to my primary care physician for 3+ years. Unfortunately I can not pick them as my primary.

This place seems all good until you walk out. They send you a bunch of unnecessary bills after you have paid. Urgent care billing department does not pick up their phone when you try to call. This company is a scam.

Excellent care...well-informed, thorough and thoughtful MD helped me avoid an asthma exacerbation by treating me quickly and listening to me carefully . And all at 845PM...would highly recommend and come again. A+

I stepped on a piece of glass and took myself to the great neck office. I was treated extremely well. The dr was very thorough. I would go to this facility again and would highly recommend it.
