I made an appointment to see an OBGYN at this facility after experiencing some uncomfortable symptoms for a few months. After a 2 month waiting period, I was finally seen and tested for a UTI. The doctor conducted a standard urine dip test (which came back negative) and a cultured urine test (which came back positive and indicated a bacterial infection). The results of the cultured urine test came in after I had left the doctors office. A nurse was supposed to call me to inform me that I was diagnosed with a UTI, but I never received a call. I only found out that I was infected during my follow-up visit 1.5 weeks later, when they found out that I was never contacted, nor did I start the prescribed medications because I was unaware that I even had an infection. This mishap has led to even more unpleasant symptoms and I have now been going back and forth between various doctors appointments. About one month after this incident, the same office was supposed to set up an ultrasound to be done at an off-site medical center prior to my next appointment. After speaking with the doctor 2 days prior to my scheduled appointment, it was confirmed over the phone that someone from the office would give me a call before 2 PM to schedule the ultrasound. I never received a call and will not have it done in time before my next appointment. Throughout this entire process, I had been calling into the office to speak with someone about my symptoms worsening. My calls were never returned. When Id receive appointment reminder phone calls, I would ask if I could be transferred to speak with a nurse or doctor and the response I received each time was "I cant guarantee anything". I am very disappointed in the way things have continuously progressed with this office. I chose this facility and the doctor because of the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant.
