Terrible! My husband has a condition that has thickened his blood to a syrup like state. Tried to get him seen today and the nurse has told us that" over the phone" both doctors gave a diagnosis of a sinus infection for what my husband is going through and he should just go to a walk in clinic. They were "too busy and its a Friday", i was told. They must have excellent medical malpractice insurance! Neither of us will go to this clinic again. We had chosen them to be our primary care phasicians since ee were new to the area. Not anymore! Stay away from this place if caring and competency are what you are looking for in doctors for your family health. Like they said " go to a walk in clinic". I just received a callfrom their office manager, of course " i misunderstood " what the nurse told me.??? I understand that is her job to try and spin bad reviews but even she admitted " she would jave the same concerns for my husbands life" . However,her nurse documented something else. Again! If you care at all about yourself or your family STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! I am taking him to the emergency room. Amanda Mckean

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Childs for a couple of years. While sometimes he runs behind schedule, I believe it is because he gives his full attention to each patient. We are happy to have him as our doctor. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I would recommend him without hesitation. Weve never been told hes too busy and we cant get in. We usually get an appointment the next day if we need to see him and thats fine with us.
