Only giving a 1 star because I cant give zero stars. I called a few months back and he told me he doesnt take patients over a certain age, since I was calling for myself and my mother. Today I pulled my hip out and was desperate. On the phone he says, " Are you young? You sound young. Thats a good thing". However I was desperate and went into his office. Once he started to talk to me I was more and more uncomfortable with this man. He acted as if he knew what I carried in my shoulder bag...then proceeds to tell me he doesnt take debit cards. He prefers cash but will take a check. I had neither. He then tells me he thinks it best for me to go to my old chiropractor if I am hurting as much as I say I am. He also looked disgusted when I appeared to be limping!!!! Very unprofessional!!

I love Dr Bach! My husband sees him for a chronic back injury. I see him for chronic headaches. Hes always willing to help us on short notice. He makes sure his adjustments are satisfactory before we leave and reminds us to call if we ever need him. His prices are extremely reasonable, but the relief he facilitates is worth any amount of money. The Aquamassage is phenomenal, too.

I called today to make an appointment for my dad who was busy at work and Dr. Bach returned my call, was unprofessional, and rude. He said and I quote "I do not take patients who can not call for themselves" and hung up on me. If a phone call is this bad I would HATE to actually have an appointment with him. I called in with neck problems!! Dr Bach got me right in with no problem after visit felt better and no more pain.. Will def be back in future and have refereed him to friends already
