Dr. Chad Folk and his staff are always easy to work with and do everything they can to make their clients comfortable. Dr. Chad has helped everyone in my household with alignment issues. With every one of us, he took the time to explain why we were experiencing issues, and then he made sure we understood what he was going to do as a remedy. Making appointments for the new, convenient office location is always a breeze, and we have also never had any insurance-related issues with Sterling Chiropractic. Anytime I hear someone complain about back pain, I immediately and confidently refer them to Dr. Chad and Sterling Chiropractic, because I know that he and his staff will make sure they are taken care of and happy with his services. Already, Ive made at least a dozen referrals to Sterling Chiropractic, and I will gladly make dozens more!

My first visit ever with a chiropractor was with Dr. Folk at Sterling. I was a bit nervous, you see movies and hear the sounds and its all so intimidating. I was instantly set at ease by Dr. Folk. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to your problems/concerns and work with you until you are comfortable. One time I twisted my ankle and I could not walk. To make matters worse it was a Saturday and I just knew I wouldnt be able to get in to see him. I called the office and he said "its no problem, come on in!" After my visit the swelling had gone done tremendously and I was able to walk on it. No crutches or anything needed. I will be sticking with Sterling Chiropractic.

Doctor Chad is AMAZING!!! My son played high school football, went head to head with a player in practice on a Saturday, I was sure he would miss weeks of play but Doc got him right in and safely had him playing for in their next Friday night football game. Ive also had some painful hip and low back problems and Doc is always upbeat and positive, taking his time to make sure you are treated for exactly and only what you need. Chelsea and Shelley in the front office are always happy to see you, remembering everyones name and making you feel like family, and the new addition of massage therapist Chris makes the office even better.

The combination of friendly staff, timely service, and quality results makes Sterling Chiropractic the best choice for chiropractic services in the Bowling Green area in my opinion. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and are always treated with great enthusiasm and respect. Dr. Folk is second-to-none at his craft. He is very upbeat and professional and is more than capable of helping you get back to 100% no matter what your ailments coming in may be. I give this office 5/5 stars simply because it meets and exceeds all expectations of a business of its nature.

Dr. Folk and his staff are professional and courteous. I was training for an ultra marathon and hurt my ankle training. Dr Folk knew how much this run meant to me, he manipulated my ankles, legs, and used ultrasound and KT Tape to ensure I was able to complete my dream run. Dr. Chad has been wonderful! He helped my husband to get better after a severe lower back injury in 2012. His treatment made it possible for my husband to enjoy his life again, play with our children and be active.
