I think my experience speaks for itself. I fell on March 1st. My upper, middle, and lower back was hurt seriously. I went to the pain clinic because I could not bear the pain. I was on pain medicine 4 times a day. It only lowered the pain and caused me to sleep most of the time, but never took my pain away. The more took the pills, it never helped much. I was still in very much pain. I hurt so bad that I could do nothing. My life as I knew it had changed completely. I was told by the staff of the pain clinic that I would need surgery in my lower back and a series of 3 shot in my spine for my upper and middle back. When Dr. Groff was recommended to me, I went with reservations. With his treatment after one week I did not need to take half of the pain pills I was taking. After 2 weeks, I was not taking any of the potent pain pills!!! When I went to the Nero Surgeon, I was told that I would not need surgery and to continue see my chiropractor!!! What a wonderful thing to hear. I am continually recommending Dr. Groff to all my friends and anyone I happen to meet who has back pain. Just on Friday, I recommend him to 5 people at the grocery store while I was shopping. Two of these people were friend and the other 3 just happened upon us while we were talking and wanted to hear what I had to say. Three of these people took a card and said they would consider going to him for help with their pain. If you have pain, I highly recommend you go to Dr. Groff for help. He can help, and if he cant help you, he will tell you on your first visit so he will not waist your time and his. My sister went to him after my first week because she heard and seen how much he had helped me. As a result she was able to be so much more active with her grandchildren, her children asked her what she had done. She had been unable to do things with her grandchildren for over about 15 years because of pain in her back. She had back surgery about 15 years ago. It never took away her pain. I am so thankful that she is not in so very much pain everyday of her life. I will always be grateful to Dr. Groff. He and all his staff are professional, kind, and considerate of my feelings. My God bless him, his family, and his staff always.

Just over a year ago I made my first visit to Dr. Mark Groff and the Gallatin Chiropractic Clinic. Since then I have returned as needed for maintenance visits or when I have had sciatica flareups. My initial thoughts about the staff, treatments and overall care havent degraded. Dr. Groffs staff are always helpful. They have made extra efforts to make sure that when I need care they can adjust scheduling to see me and provide the treatments required for a speedy recovery. I never feel rushed when I visit. Dr. Groff always takes the time to make sure I have relief before sending me on my way. They are the best! ************************* Today was my first visit to the Gallatin Chiropractic Clinic. I have received treatments from several Chiropractors through the years and recognize the difference between a bone crusher and a good one. My visit started off right with Misty taking time to explain the office process with me, reviewing my paperwork, and generally making sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Mark Groff took the time to do a thorough examination and discussion session with me prior to my pre-adjustment therapy and during my adjustment. He explained every adjustment and what he hoped it would accomplish prior to starting. After each movement he asked for feedback which is rarely requested. I will be back to visit them again to maintain a healthy skeletal system.

In pain? Is the pain or discomfort something you’ve had for so long that you have accepted it? Has it been with you for so long that you don’t know what life was life before it started? Yeah, me too. I had lower back pain for years! Like most I went to my Primary Care Physician who prescribed muscle relaxers & told me to ice it. It didn’t work & any relief was temporary. I really had no quality of life. The honest reason I tried Chiropractic care was because my Insurance picked it up and I though “Why not?”. My first visit was one on one with Dr. Mark Groff. It was very comfortable as Mark talked about his start and view of Chiropractic healing. We viewed my x-rays and discussed a treatment plan. He said, “Give me 6 weeks and your back pain will disappear”. I laughed inside and thought “Challenge accepted”. The first 3 weeks I went three times a week; then the last 3 weeks I went twice a week. Well, I lost that bet. My back pain is gone. That was 10 years ago. I stop by once a month for a ‘tune up’, so to speak to ensure I stay this way. In summary, I recommend you at least sit down with Dr. Groff to see if he can help you. If he feels that he can, then do the treatment plan just like he has it outlined. Don’t deviate from it, it works.

I find many businesses that I love for myself, and this is definitely one of them, but thats not the same as finding a business that you love because of the way they treat your children. Our children are gifts from God, and we protect and shield them as best we can. Everything is scary these days, so being able take your child/children to a place where they are treated respectfully, arent possibly over hearing things they shouldnt from tv or radio stations playing in lobbies, or conversations from staff is EQUALLY as important as the amazing medical care they receive! The staff greet you and your family as you walk in the door, remember names and ask how your day was. Dr. Groff is very visible up front and asks, with a smile, how your day was and recalls conversations that you may have had at your last visit. One of may favorite, most unique aspects of Dr. Groffs practice is how he, every single visit, takes the time to slow down before your adjustment and asks "How did your adjustment work for you last week and is there anything you think I need to do, not do or do differently?" Myself and my family always leave Gallatin Chiropractic Clinic smiling, and in a better mood than when we arrived. Thats an amazing thing to be able to say about ANYWHERE!

I have been seeing Dr Groff for months now do to a car accident. I first had 21 visits with a different physical therapy location which didnt go well at all. I was having about 25 headaches a month. I was finally sent to see a chiropractor and choice Dr Groff and I am very happy I did. He is very caring and goes into great detail about your body. I am so glad they have therapy in this office as well. The therapy I receive here is amazing compared to the 21 visits I did with the other company (waste of my time.) I love the girls in Dr Groffs office they are so friendly, caring, accommodating and funny they make me feel at home. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they are very concerned with how you feel each visit. They never turn you away, they always have a spot for you if you are needing to be seen. The office is super clean and functional everyone in the office helps out. I do everything there is to be done in the office and I am in and out of there in a timely manner. I will miss them all very much when I am released. If you are looking for a friendly Dr that will spend time with you and answer your questions then this is the place for you!!!
