I absolutely do not recommend Jenkinson. I knew something was wrong when the receptionist seemed rushed to get off the phone and hung up on me by default when I was still talking. I would consider myself a smart intuitive person. I should have realized that was a bad sign and cancelled the appointment but I went anyway (regret this til now). Dr. Jenkinson didnt take any x-rays despite me being a new patient. My back was what was giving me issues but he decided to work on my neck as well (WHY?). Before getting on the table he told me that he will adjust me today and that it probably wont hurt me.........WHAT? Who says that? To me, that follows along the lines of, "I probably shouldnt be adjusting this part of your body that isnt in pain but Ill do it". So what happened a week later? Occipital Neuralgia. I have gone to PT and seen a neurologist ( a doctor who finally helped me diagnose what this might be). I got 4 shots in the back of my neck to help with the headaches and inflammation caused after seeing Jenkinson. I can have my neurologist sign off on this if there is any doubt that he has caused this. Even after the shots, Im getting headaches so it is very possible that I will need an MRI. I should have listened to my instincts but a good chiropractor shouldnt have given me occipital neuralgia. A good chiropractor should have taken an x-ray for a new patient. A good chiropractor should have just adjusted the body part that was bothering me. I can back everything I said above with 100% confidence because well...they are facts. Also...you might want to stop leaving people 90 second voicemails after they cancel appointments...I can understand 30-60 seconds. But 90?

This place is awesome! What to expect: youll probably be greeted by Jessie, one of the sweetest women I have ever met. Fill out the usual paperwork. There will likely not be much wait at all. Even still, if you dont get to see the doc right away, theyll set you up on one of the traction tables and let you relax a bit. Dr. Carson is a sweet guy that will make you feel at easy and get you on your way to feeling better quick (not to mention he is super cute ☺️)! They offer a variety of service, including massage therapy, and everyone is fantastic to work with. I saw Lauren for my massage, and she was great! The relaxed environment and the friendly and accommodating staff are sure to give you a wonderful experience. I highly recommend visiting Hermitage Chiropractor & Rehabilitation!

I am not a fan of chiropractors, but when you sit at a desk for 10 hours a day, year after year, sometimes, you really do need one! Dr. Bobo is a very skilled chiropractor and, more importantly, an excellent practitioner who really listened and thoroughly explained the “why” for procedures and exercises. I felt like a partner in the treatment plan he developed, so I was better able and more committed to do my part in the healing process. Dr. Bobo was also respectful of my time and pocketbook: I was not kept waiting, and he did not do or charge for unnecessary procedures. Dr. Bobo also saw my 12 year old son who was having headaches and issues with his neck. He is great with youth, very warm personality. Highly recommend him as the last/only chiropractor you will ever visit!

I have had neck and back problems for years. I had had many doctors and therapist try to help me but it got worse not better. Dr Bobo said he could help me if I would do what he said. So with hope in my heart I went to him. I have to say it hurt a lot before it started to get better but after two months my neck is so much better I can hardly believe it. the muscles in my shoulders are not longer in knots. I have taken a couple of weeks off for a vacation but will go back for more treatments. Hope this will help you.

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and have gotten the best results at Hermitage Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and courteous. Dr. Bobo takes his time with each patient. You dont feel like you are part of an assembly line like at some offices yet I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Carson and the Hermitage Chiropractic and Rehabilitation! The staff/front desk ladies at Hermitage Chiropractic are always very professional, honest and personable. Dr. Carson is truly great too! Each visit he gives you nothing less than great care and attention.

They listen and provide great care. I hadnt been to see them in a while and Dr. Carson picked right up and addressed some of my immediate concerns. My back was feeling much better after the visit. Will definitely come back.
