Dr. Pearce has done an amazing job--when I moved back to MBoro I thought I would have to drive back to Franklin to get the care I needed. I feel better and can see results from adjustments like no other time. I have been to numerous chiropractors in my life and right now I have to say he has been the best for my situation. My daughter is also a patient and he caught a visible problem on her x-ray that we were unaware of previously. She is very, very pleased with his care and is out of pain. we are very grateful Dr. Pearce!! Pam Beverly

I have been visiting Barfield Chiropractic off & on for about 3 years now. They have seen me through shoulder pain, pregnancy & now helping me maintain & strengthen my body after baby. Kristi and Chantelle are the best office and therapy staff you can find. Always personable and friendly. They are very accommodating and flexible and will work with your schedule no matter how crazy. Dr. Pearce is efficient and effective and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. So thankful Barfield Chiropractic was referred to me.

Very professional and welcoming environment! Dr. Pearce and the staff are wonderful and made me feel very welcome! Im on a forklift for 8 to 10 hours a day and get back pain often but, after a visit to Dr. Pearce to get adjusted I come out feeling like a new person! I highly recommend coming to Barfield Chiropractic for your health needs!

I have been to chiroprators all over the country Dr Pearce is the only chiroprator that does exrtremities and i have never felt better. His staff is friendly, he has powerplate machines that have worked miracles on my body. thanks to him i can garden, work on my car and do all the things i love to do with out pain !
