I called at noon to set an appointment and needed in that day. They took my info and my insurance info and said they would call me back if they ran into problems. My appointment was at 4:15. I got there around 4pm and sat and waited for 30 minutes. No biggie. Took me in the room and started asking me questions about my history. I informed them that I was already under chiropractic care and she said she needed to take a different angle and that the NP was not "in network" which I needed the NP for the trigger point injections. They said that my "package" that they wanted to set me up for was $675!!! since insurance doesnt cover out of network injections, that is $75 per injection. My doctor does it for $1 per injection!!! She said she couldnt come close to that and offered one injection to help me for $50. So, they had from 12pm to 4:15 to inform me of this and didnt and there it was 4:45 and I then had no opportunity to go somewhere else for my injections as everyone was closing soon. I really feel like she scammed me and new my insurance didnt cover it but didnt bother to tell me and tried to get me to commit anyone. It was dishonest, and if not dishonest, poor customer service. I will not be going there ever again and will not refer anyone there. I was in pain, they not only didnt help and wasted my time, but ruined my chances for any medical attention from another clinic.

Hands down the BEST Chiropractic Office in Arizona! After getting into an accident last year I was dealing with extreme pain. I had no idea what my first step should be. After talking to a good friend she mentioned that I should give her Chiro a try. Honestly I was skeptical about being treated. I was also terrified that more damage would be done. Nothing about letting someone pop and crack my body sounded appealing. However, I bit the bullet and gave it a try. After my first few treatments I was hooked! I noticed a great deal of difference in my movement and discomfort. The whole team there is absolutely incredible. They are friendly, helpful, and treat you with the up most respect. I absolutely love Gilbert Physical Medicine! I carried twins to 38 weeks. They weighed 8 and 7 pounds so needless to say my back and hips were in bad shape after I delivered. I was unable to lay down, sit, walk, work out, run- all because I was in so much pain. It was effecting my sleep, basic function and overall quality of life. I can say my pain is almost completely gone and only after about a month and a half of consistent treatment. Im finally feeling like myself again. GPM is also filled with wonderful, caring, and genuine staff. All who, I believe, really care about you from the moment you walk in. So grateful I came across this place and received such great treatment. Thank you so much!

Ive been coming to Dr. Wasserman for 4.5 years now for lower back chiropractic care. She has kept my body in good working order through all 3 of my pregnancies. Now at the end of my 3rd pregnancy, Im so thankful to come here regularly. Before my first visit I was a 23 year old with arthritis in my lower back, I couldnt even shop or stand in the same spot for 10 minutes without needing to sit down from the pain and stiffness. Dr. Wasserman found the right maintenance adjustments & routine that works for me, and now I have no such problems. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend GPM!

I have been going to Gilbert Physical Medicine for years. Great staff, Cole is awesome! I started going after having some issues with my back, and Dr Wasserman was able to help me feel immediate relief. I now go for regular maintenance adjustments. They offer a wide variety of services- massage, physical therapy, they have nurse practitioners that are able to diagnose and prescribe medications - this has helped when I was sick and couldnt get into my normal doctors office. I have also received their trigger shot therapy. I was a bit scared at first, but it really works!

I have been going to Gilbert Physical Medicine for almost a month. They have an AWESOME office staff. I started going after having some issues with my sciatic nerve and hamstring in my right leg, Dr Wasserman immediately diagnosed my issues and set my up a regimen with Dr. Foxx and Dr. Casady. Both doctors are thorough in their diagnosis and treatment of my pain, including trigger injections and skeletal adjustments. They were able to help me feel immediate relief. I thank them and highly recommend the entire GPM team.

Today at 1:17pm Awesome staff! This group has it all together from friendly receptionist who greet with a smile and happy attitude to excellent chiropractic care by Alisa Wasserman, DC. She used caution as she evaluated my hurting ribs and ordered x-rays to be sure they werent broken. The technique she used to do the adjustment was gentle and surprisingly worked quickly. Dr. Foxx is very friendly and professional as well as having a wonderful personality. Im very pleased and highly recommend this group.

Dr. Wasserman and her team are excellent. Unlike other offices I have been to where they seem to ram you through and quickly as they can using the same treatment for each patient, the whole team at Gilbert Physical Medicine take the time to really understand each patients individual needs, and collaborate to make sure the each client has their specific individualized needs met. Dr. Fox, yVonne, Nicole, and Dr. Wasserman are amazing. 8 years of bad doctors with bad care... Finally an office that cares and does what they say!! I have been in severe back pain for years... years. I have been treated by them for about 5-6 weeks now and Im feeling amazing. Im not 100% better, but Im already about 80% better. Amazing!!! They are amazing!! I have also had my Mom recently to get treatment for her back and knee issues. I know she is in good hands!

An amazing group of caring technicians! Lucky to find "Gilbert Physical Medicine". We moved from Ohio late 2013. Found the group I thought was best for me in the yellow pages Ad. This was just right and they accepted my insurance carrier. Dr. Wasserman and Dr. Curtis are very caring and know just what to do. Office help and other techs are friendly and courteous as well. I have just finished my 8th visit at Gilbert Physical Medicine and this is the first time in several years that my back pain is disappearing. I have been to spinal specialists all over the valley without any relief from the excruciating back pain. Finally I am pain free on the left side of my lower back. The right side is improving and I am starting to walk a mile a day again. Big thanks to a wonderful staff who are very professional and caring.
