AMAZING doctor if it was not for his decision to deliver me at 36 weeks me and my baby would not of been alive. I changed doctors very late in my pregnancy about 30 weeks due to not wanting to deliver at arrowhead hospital(very small rooms). Since my fist visit he was wonderful explained everything to me in detail. He would go out of the way to answer all my questions. At 36 weeks 5 days i started bleeding very heavy bleeding called office about 12:00 AM talked to after hours nurse she paged doctor and with in 5 min he called me. He told me to go to hospital immediately. He was at the hospital about 1 hour after i arrived it was about 2 am in the morning. He checked me i was not in labor but he order an ultrasound and blood work. Bleeding would not stop. Ultrasound was good baby was in the small side but he was good. Blood work came back showing that i MIGHT have a placenta rupture but since ultrasound came back normal he didnt want to deliver me since i was only 36 weeks he consulted with other doctors they told him to wait until i turned 37 weeks in 2 days so i was going to stay in the hospital. Besides other doctors opinions he decided to deliver me that same day. Had a c-section at 36 weeks 5 days pregnant and im very thankful he decided to do so after delivery the informed me i did have a SEVERE placenta rapture and a RIPPED cervix. So if he would of listen to the other doctors it would of been bad really bad. All i have to say is THANK YOU Dr.Galasso

I just had my first annual womens exam here and I cant say enough great things about this place. I was late for one (I went to the wrong building and had my two year old son with me stroller and all) and they still let me be seen. Dr. Galasso was very welcoming and made me less nervous (because who actually likes getting a well womans exam?). All the while he spoke to me and asked me questions so I didnt really notice my uncomfort. I was able to even get my bloodwork done in the same office right after my exam! I wish I could thank the lady who did my bloodwork because it was quick and painless! I only have one visit with them so far but Im definitely committed to them already. Thank you Thunderbird OBGYN.

Dr. galasso is an amzaing doctor. But some of the receptionist are just so rude and unprofessional. Just got off the phone with one and she literally just gave me attitude for something that was their fault and I told them how I felt. I love Dr. Galasso I have my 2nd baby and going for my 3rd with him. But Im really starting to dislike the way their front receptionist team are towards the patients. I just think on switching Dr office now.

The front dest receptionist Triny was extremely helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my many questions and pointed me in the right direction. It is rare to find great customer service like this. I look forward to being a new patient at this office.
