I just had my son on 11/7/16. Dr. Austin was absolutely amazing and definately listened to all of my wishes and was very attentive. On a rare occasion you may have a longer appointment just because she has an emergency at the hospital but honestly it doesnt bother me to wait because I know that if it were me that was the emergency Id hope other people would understand. In general dont be surprised to wait roughly 20 to 30 minutes to be pulled back she is definately a popular OB. This is my second baby and compared to my first this was the most blissfully pregamcy and birthing experience I could have asked for.

A great doctor. Very professional. Her staff is always so polite. Only downside to her office, it is a large practice with another physician. Wait time was often 45 minutes or longer. A quick appointment was never quick due to wait time. Other than that, I loved having her as my OBGYN. She delivered my son.

Dr. Austin and her PA are wonderful. The facility is impressive and the location right next to the hospital is helpful. Just prepare for a wait in the waiting room. I usually have to wait over a half hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. But the doctor and staff is worth it.
