I brought my daughter to this office five years ago when she was an infant because her original pediatrician was ridiculous. Dr. Paul and Dr. Anderson are amazing, as a first time parent with my daughter they never once made me feel self conscious about my concerns in regards to my daughters health or well being. As a matter of fact, the smallest to craziest of my concerns were always thoroughly looked into instead of being disregarded. I now have an infant son that I also take to this office. At times yes the waits can be long but that is an unforeseeable situation with any doctor office, I have never in 5 years had a bad experience with this pediatric office, and for new parents its comforting knowing that your concerns or questions will be taken seriously. We live in Paradise Valley and as long as my children need a pediatrician I will drive the distance to take them to AZ Pediatrics. Its not the fanciest office and yes sometimes they are swamped and yes sometimes calling the office can be a process but the level of care from the doctors there for your children is worth any obstacle in my book. The hearts of the doctors at this office is truly for the care of children.

Llevamos 7 años llevando a nuestros hijos, Antes era bueno el servicio de la doctora Wendy cuando estaban en la dirección anterior ! Pero se cambiaron y la doctora nunca está disponible, las enfermeras en su rollo, como si uno les pidiera regalado. Acaban de cambiar el sistema de prescripción y es pésimo. This place has the worst service ever from the receptionist and Dr. Tiffany, they never call you back with the lab results and when I call they say the will return my call and the never did, this happen since 3 years ago, the only reason i had returned is Dr. Saucedo but now I will move my children to another office I cant handle this anymore, please go find another doctor office that really cares for your children health. Manager is the same terrible service if you talk to him he dont fix anything.

Im trying to get my son into the doctor today. Today is Saturday and the website and the recording on the phone says they are open from 9am to 12pm today. There is not a single person here and the doors are locked! The last time i was here i had to wait over an hour in the lobby to see the doctor even though i had an appointment. This place is a joke! Im taking my kids somewhere else.

Very good love them I had Regina Ambrosio as my childrens doctor she was #1 for children in Arizona its very sad that she Passed away but Wendy Rocha Sausedo I love Im always in n out went thr for six years if I still had my children I would still b thr now thy take my 4months old son thr n thy are greate with him

Dr. Saucedo and Dr. Paul are amazing! Theyre always so attentive and caring with every concern I have especially being a first time parent. The staff is always so kind and The office is quick with getting us in and out, I have been coming here for years!

Very rude person in the front desk or was there on time for my kids appointment and to find out doctor left for emergency and they couldnt even call me ahead of time wasted time and gas now who is paying for my gas now not them thats who

This place moved off to 22 e. Mitchell dr. Just East off central ave. North of Osborn. Loved the front staff and all staff too. There were some parents that dont know how to keep their rugrats in check. Parents, control your children!

Usually go because of her regular pediatrician but went for a follow up after the hospital. Got the rudest doctor didnt even check what the doctors said to check and laughed and at everything we said. Wont be coming back anymore.

Every time I call they place me on hold for over 5 minutes. They never take the name of my child, They just tell me please hold, I waiting on hold for over 5 minutes and hang up and call them back. Planing on moving Pediatrician
