If I could give them -5 stars I would. Horrible! First visit, son and I were on time, yet waited almost an hour to be seen. The tech was not kind with my son when trying to get his x-rays. The staff is very unfriendly, and very short. Second visit, had to be rescheduled due to my son having a sip of water. The assistant went back to ask the doctor if my son could still have his procedure done, which lead me to believe that sometimes the doctor makes an exception, however, the doctor said no, and I was quickly told to reschedule. The doctor nor the assistant explained why a sip of water would make a difference. The secretary quickly assumed that she could reschedule my son for Monday. I guess in my haste to get dressed I must look like I dont work. I told her she needs to go a few weeks out because I work, and had to take time off for this appointment. Another, reviewer said that she felt race was an issue here, and I agree. From my observation, if I was of the race of majority of the staff and patients and spoke the language, I would have been treated better. Thanks for letting me know how some races feel about people of my color. Will be taking my son elsewhere.

I felt very uncomfortable with the dentist my son had. I felt she had a problem with me from the moment I met her. I am black and I feel she may be racist. Just the way she looked at me made me feel uncomfortable. My son didnt even like her. He must have felt the vibe. I definitely wont be going back. If you are a minority I would suggest not coming here. There is another black person on here who experienced the same treatment that I experienced. We cant both be wrong. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU WILL BE SORRY. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILD. DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE DOES NOT SUPPORT ALL RACES, EVEN THE HISPANIC, DENTAL ASSISTANT COULD TELL I WAS BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. THERE WAS NO MISUNDERSTANDING, THIS PLACE IS RACIST, I REPEAT RACIST!! Not only was it a vibe I felt, but I was being mistreated.

We had the most amazing experience at General Dentistry for kids yesterday. Dr Din and his staff here wonderful. My granddaughter age 8 has had a very big fear of the dentist for years and years. It was necessary to get some dental work done. Sedation was used with the bunny nose...and I am so happy to say that all her fears are GONE!! She cant wait to finish her dental work up next month...in fact she asked me this morning..."when are we going back, it was fun". So from Brooklyn and her grandma...we say a big Thank You!!!

Great office, great staff and the dentist is awesome! Everyone is always so kind and they will make every effort to accommodate you! Kids being excited to go to the dentist is rare but General Denistry 4 Kids is the exception! Great job! Just read a post about the dentist being a racist, Im black and a no nonsense person in real life. I have never posted on the internet but I was moved too do so because over the last 2yrs that Ive been bringing my children here I have never remotely felt anything other than welcoming.

Since my first post was deleted.......How in the hell you give my baby the sedation medicine and numb her all while she was crying then decides to stop before actually filling the cavity because shes crying....the worst is already over......and you think Im going to allow you to do the same thing to my other baby you have lost your damn mind........NEVER AGAIN.....will be finding my children a new dentist and will be reporting this place

Awesome office and staff! My 10 year old has a phobia and they were patient, caring and helped him be more comfortable with his visit. The assistants were great, talked each step of the way to him. Also gave positive feedback regarding sons teeth health, goals and worked on ideal goals for his future dentistry. Glad we chose to come back here!!

I was afraid my 3 year old was going to be scared her first time, but she had a great time! She liked the movie playing in the ceiling, and she got a kick out of the assistant who described each tool she was using. "Mr. Thirsty" She even giggled the while time! Everyone was very nice and professional.

This is a great pediatric dentist! The hygienist is so sweet and patient with my daughter, who is very afraid of the x-ray machine. The staff are all very nice. The office is clean and has a cool play area in the waiting area. I drive a ways out of my way to bring my daughter here. Its worth the drive.

Great place! My son was very happy with everyone that he met there, as was I! Everyone was very friendly! Everyone was very pleasant and made my son (who is 4) feel very at ease. When we were leaving the dentist my son asked me, when can we go back! :)
