Dentist is good, But dental assistant named Nancy is a fat c@nt. Very bossy calls to reschedule after making appointment and forces what she wants down your throat. Must be unexperienced due to the fact she pokes and prods you like cattle. Instructed to put a cord around tooth kept poking and poking and poking when you start squirming shell say "Ill have the dentist give you more novicaine". It was numb enough but she kept poking the cord down and it would not stay, then try to blame you for her incompetence. I hope this dentist get rid of her before he looses more customers. I will never go back

The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I was seen by a dentist who was very professional, kind, and help elevate any fears I had about being at the dentist. I was there to see about having an upper denture plate done. The dentist was very thorough in his examination, he looked at my situation as a whole and together we decided on a course of action for my treatment. I would like to also add that the staff was terrific, and I am grateful that they helped me come up with a payment option / plan that suited my budget. I am satisfied that soon, I will be smiling big and proud again.

We use the dental and orthodontic services at the Bell Rd location and have never had any problems. The staff is friendly and the prices cant be beat! The best part is they dont try to sell you three different phases for braces - the kids get what they need, when they need it. Recommend!

Never return a phone call (happened three times now throughout the year). Drove 1/2 to get there for a appt, called left a message said would be a few minutes late, get there, send me away, come back tomorrow.

Staff was very nice, however after waiting and hour and 20 minutes after my appointment to be seen for my first visit, I walked out without being seen by the dentist. Thats too much, my time is valuable too.
