Ive been to several Helena area dental services and Dr. Roger Keislings office does a fantastic job. I was a patient of theirs when I was a kid and never had any troubles with their services. Since then, Ive had some bad experiences with other dentists that made me skittish on the first time I was returning to him. He was very patient with me and did a great job both reassuring me and making sure that remaining issues with another dentists work were corrected efficiently. I have since had fillings done by Dr. Keisling and he did a great job truly making sure that everything was well and truly numb before he did any work - a feat, since double nerve endings run in my family. I had the fillings done about two months ago, and havent had any issues with the ones he took care of - they even stopped hurting after about a week and a half; the other dentists fillings are still bugging me on occasion, 6 months after he did them. The technicians are also very friendly, helpful, and genuinely care that your teeth are taken care of in the best way possible. Amy cleaned my teeth the other day and was perfectly willing to talk me through what she was doing and why it was important. She was even conscientious of the fact that I dont like the sounds of the tools and just talked to me when I asked her to. Id recommend Dr. Keislings office for anyone with any level of dental service needs. They rock!

Today was my first appointment at Associated Dental Care of Helena. I recently moved and was fairly biased given my past experiences with my previous dental clinic. However, I can definitely say that I am SO fortunate to have found a dental clinic that is equally as great as my previous. Marlene was the first to greet me and bring me to the back where my dentist was. Having only talked briefly and looked at my paperwork momentarily, she quickly recalled my preferred name and made sure the dentist knew it as well and they addressed me the remainder of my visit there by that. After briefly speaking with Marlene I met my dentist, Brandon, and he went through the whole process of what the appointment would consist of and what we would be doing, then I went to Jamie who cleaned my teeth. The interaction and clarity between Brandon and Jamie were amazing. They were extremely thorough, extremely friendly, and overall, the whole ambiance of the dental clinic was welcoming. I am happy to say I have found a home clinic at Associated Dental Care of Helena.

Each and every one of the dentists at Associated Dental are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I have never had a bad experience at the dentist, and I have had a lot of fillings and injuries to my teeth. I chipped my tooth right before my wedding, and Dr. Brandon Kiesling was able to see me immediately to fix it--he made it look even better than it did before the chip! Dr. Roger Kiesling and Dr. McLellan are equally as skilled, and while I havent seen Dr. Allen yet I have no doubt that he is equally as talented. In addition to amazing dentists, all of the hygienists and office staff are incredible as well.I have never understood why people complain about going to the dentist until the one time I had to go to a different one, and the experience was much different than what I am used to with Associated Dental. Oral health is so important, and the folks at Associated Dental know how to make sure you are at your best.

There are dentists, and there are DENTISTS. Doctor Brandon Kiesling is a DENTIST. He is a master of expediency with a prolific sense of tenderness and care. Years from now, when the dust has settled and this industry of teeth has long since faded, people will speak of Doctor Brandon with a reverence usually reserved for Saints, for miracle workers from a time long gone. With a jovial and colloquial bedside manner, a wealth of knowledge, and a true empathetic soul, Doctor Brandon Kiesling is revolutionizing the way dental care should be approached. Whether its adults, or children he is putting under his care (in which he brings out adorably named tools of his trade), all patients know there is no one finer for the job at hand. There are dentists and there are DENTISTS, if you want the best experience known to mankind, make sure you make the right decision and go with Doctor Brandon Kiesling and the rest of his staff. Choose a DENTIST.

A few years ago I quit going to the dentist because I was so embarrassed of the state my teeth were in. Eventually the pain became too much and I found myself seated in Dr. Brandon Keislings chair. I have never seen a dentist who genuinely cares not only about my teeth but also, my comfort and understanding of the procedures. He takes his time listening to my concerns and answering any questions I have. While in his care I have never felt ashamed of my teeth. He is efficient and gentle and after the first time I saw him he cared enough to give me a follow up call just to make sure I was not still in pain. Thank you, Dr. Brandon Keisling and all staff at Associated Dental Care for always treating me with so much compassion and kindness. Its so good to know this level of excellent service is available in Helena!

I have Never had such a through exam at any dentist, and was thrilled with the gentle care given to me. They check everything, and make sure you are comfortable while they do so. Ingrid was referred to me by a friend who is also thrilled with the service. She gave me options on what I needed to have done, and will email me the plan and costs...hows that for New Dentistry! Love it! They will make the time available to try to get your work done within your timeframe, stay within your budget and also offer 18 months no interest loans. I have a fear of dentists due to a very bad experience in PA, and the local monopoly guy sure didnt help that any....these people are gentle, and understanding....cant wait to get my work done!

I cant say enough about ADC. This dental office has the nicest, friendliest and most genuine folks I have ever met. Every time I enter their office I am greeted as though I am family. When I was a little girl I had horrible experiences when I went to the dentist. Consequently, as I grew up I could always remember the "dental smells" and the dentist who wasnt a very nice person. Thank goodness my experience changed as I got older! I met Dr. Roger many years ago and must say he is truly a breath of fresh air. What a wonderful and delightful person. I feel very fortunate to have this dental group as my dental team. You are all very special....and I truly mean ALL of YOU. What a great crew.

I am feeling very positive about my dental visit today. Dr. Brandon and his assistant were warm and friendly, and down to earth as well as very professional. I really appreciated how the Dr. took his time with me and explained thoroughly as well as answering my questions. The dental assistant was personable, and easy to talk to and she did a very good job of taking the required photos, and assisting the Dr. Also the girl at the desk was very helpful, informative and patient, in explaining things to me. Overall I am very pleased with your people and program and looking forward to having my needed dental work done there. Thank You,
