Went to Dr. Greenhalgh a few years ago for both a regular filling and root canal/crown placement. My overall impression of the establishment was that it is a money trap designed to appear as modern as possible in order to extract as much money as possible from patrons. The procedures themselves went well, generally, and staff was very genial; however, the quality of work done was poor. The crown was manufactured with a 3D scanner and milling process which did me little good. The crown is too large, and the fit is poor. It now needs replacement as the underlying tooth is again decaying. The filling I had placed was initially shaped poorly; it was not ground enough for my mouth to close, and the finish was rough. At a follow-up appointment the filling was reshaped but a piece was broken off. I was told it was fine at the time, but have come to believe that it too needs to be replaced as the filling snags every time I floss, and it is very sensitive to pressure, feeling as if it is going to crack. A family member of mine also had work done at about the same time, and reported billing issues such as differences between quotes and bills, and generally high prices. I would avoid this office if you value not having to redo your teeth every couple years.

I couldnt get in to see my regular dentist so I looked for one close to home, they got me in the very next day. Dr Greenhalgh filled a cavity that I didnt think I had, but the tooth she fixed never felt smooth again, it is still rough on the sides. I could live with that so I went back for a crown. I have been there 3 times and spent eight hours in her chair and it has never been right. I talked to my dentist and he said that the tooth was so deteriorated that it probably wouldnt hold a crown. It is my very back molar, so he recommend just pulling it. That would have saved me a ton of money instead of a root canal and a crown that didnt fit so the tooth got infected again. She also keeps telling me that i have 4 cavities I need to take care of. I went back to my old dentist and he said that they all look fine. Be suspicious of a dentist that can fit you in their schedule so easy. There is a reason they have vacancies every day.

Very professional office with all new equipment, but the very best part of the experience here is Shelice at the front desk, she is awesome! She is friendly, outgoing and personable. Moreover, she is so helpful with the treatment plans and letting you know exactly where you stand with your insurance etc. She is more than happy to always answer any questions or concerns you have and seems to go above and beyond you make you feel welcome and comfortable.

My mother was treated with extreme disrespect at this office, after SEVERAL times using them and referring others there. My mother is a wonderful person, not that any one else really deserves a lack of professionalism or discourtesy. If everything goes right, it seems the office is fine, If they make errors, they refuse to acknowledge or correct them. I would highly recommend finding a different office.

I have had horrible teeth discoloration my entire life. I went in to New Concepts and talked to Jennifer Greenlagh DDS about replacing all of my teeth with crowns. Now my smile is amazing because of her and her team. They are all awesome. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I give them all 5 stars and most definitely will be a return customer.

New Concepts Dentistry is the best....PERIOD! Excellent service, professional staff, and always very efficient. A few years ago, I had some major dental work done there (root canal, cavities, scaling) and everything is holding up well. This is also a great place for dental maintenance, as they will make sure your smile is always top notch.
