Great place! Friendly, professional staff. I went in with a coupon from a mailer to get my teeth cleaned and got an hour 1/2 of 100% attention. I never sat in the chair waiting. My hygienist was Katie who was so knowledgeable and professional I thought she was the dentist. Katie took her time to explain every single thing she was doing from what she was looking for to what she thought she saw without actually diagnosing anything, (which the dentist confirmed). She was very thorough. I was impressed at how well she knew her job and could do it as quick as she did without causing me any pain or discomfort. It was apparent that she loved her job, which made my patient experience that much better. I came out with a few different recommendations for further dental work. They had the plan ready for me along with a payment plan in place. I called four different dentists, and none of them had a payment plan! They were also more expensive. Glad I found them.

Very efficient and professional staff. I had an extraction, and fitting for a crown and didnt feel a thing. The dentist Dr. Gerard was great!! His staff was very helpful and explained procedures to me from the hygienists to the front end handling all insurance and billing information. And Chelan, was so kind and professional and gave me in writing what it would cost. Dana was gentle and caring for my extraction and cleanup. Thank you all! Your staff is very comforting as well! Thanks Dr. Joe Gerard, more work is coming your way, I am very Happy!

I am blessed to have great teeth and all I needed was a new dentist near me for a cleaning. I was a little nervous when I saw the strip all location but once I met the hygienist and dentist I was fine. They did a fabulous job and got me in exactly when I was scheduled. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

I had a consult today about major work that needed to be done on my teeth. I hadnt met or worked with Dr. Gerard and his staff before. They were all great. It was a pleasant surprise to see how much time they were willing to spend with me, explaining options and costs. No upselling. They spent 3 hours with me! I was impressed.

Dr. Gerard performed a root canal on my son (17). He was so professional and at the same time put my son at ease, he did a wonderful job. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patient is comfortable and is so great at explaining each step he does so his patient also knows what is going on. I would recommend him to anyone!
