All I can say my little girl a 5 Yr old had a little cavity in her molar and or at least that what the dentist said, so he insisted on putting crowns on both sides and after convincing us with that we got charged over $500, now after less than 3 months she got infection and when taking her back to the dentist he suggested taking it off his words was wiggle it like some street slang not a medical term like extraction. any way so after spending all that money now my Little girl is not eating because she is hurting on both sides and the smell of her mouth is horrible even after brushing the teeth and at the office they want to give me an appointment after 2 weeks to fix the problem. My advice to you if you have kids and the dentist suggest a crown or anything other than treating the problem just to get your money run away fast those tooth they gonna fall any way so dont west your money and give your self more problems that you can avoid I learned that the hard way.

We live in the little town of Camp Verde AZ where we have a few dentist but the ones that we have are not equipt to work with young children. When my 3 year old daughter was first growing in 2 of her front ones were fused together, well they ended up cracking all the way up and got an absest due to it. We called all the dentists in town and none of them would work on her because of her age. My mom told me about my sister going to KidZaam 17 years ago and they were great with her. I called and they were able to make me an appointment for the very next day. The entire staff was amazing as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile Every person was extremly helpful and very courteous. The staff and Dentist made my daughter comfortable and not scared. This was the BEST esperience ever, exspecially for going to the DENTIST of all things . Thank you to all the staff at Kid Zaam for making dentist visits a little easier for parents.

I have 4 children ages 3-11, boys and girls. I have been taking my children to KidZaam about twice a year since my oldest was 3 years old...thats 8 years going on 9 years! We love them. My children have all felt very comfortable there with all the staff! My children & I really enjoy the comfortably of the facility. The Dentist are all very friendly and thorough with the exams. I appreciate how well they handle the kids especially if it was their first time. I wouldnt take my kids any where else! Highly recommended. A+ Service every time.

Both my boys had their first visits, ages 2 and 4. My 4yo has sensory problems and is diagnosed on the autism spectrum so I was a bit worried taking him to the dentist after hearing so many horror stories. Kidzaam in PV was AMAZING! They prepared him well and walked him through everything. They were very good with my 2yo as well. He actually threw a fit for hours because he didnt want to leave.

We took our son here and nothing but the best service and friendly staff. Things can happen to any kid when getting work done on their teeth. I think its unfair to criticize this place when their kid has an issue after 3 months. They are KIDs anything can happen and they eat everything hard even though we tell them not too. I strongly recommend this place to ALL kids!!!! Thank you Kidzam.

My daughter has been so scarred of someone putting their hands or anything near her mouth and this place has the best staff who are patient and fun with the kids and Dr Nelson is very straight forward and honest but still leaving choices of their are any and absolutely kind and generous with patients .. Defiantly keeping this as my kids dentist as long as possibel

I love this place! They made it fun for the kids. Now my two little ones always ask when they can go to the dentist. Also Dr Higgins explained to my 3 year old how important it is for mommy to brush his teeth and he has been doing an excellent job!!!!

My 3 kids: ages five, seven and nine.... LOVE going to the dentist!!! i remember when i was a kid i would scream before we even got inside the dentist building so any place that my kids LOVE going to to get dental work done is FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK!!

Brought my little cousin here, the customer service was exceptional. The receptionist was very helpful and put us a movie while we waited, definitely recommending this place :)
