I have had numerous unpleasant experiences with dental offices and recently I visited Highland Dental for a second opinion on what I was told would be a lot of dental work, visits, money, and very few options. The previous place I went to really put it their way or the highway. I was stuck, scared, and needed a really good dentist. Someone honest, kind, actually caring, and who knows what they are doing. Dr. Cutler is amazing along with his entire staff. From the moment you walk in the door the receptionist is so sweet and kind, and it just gets better. I felt like they cared, gave me options, and the best part is the Dr. will do everything at once, not in a ton of different visits. He really spent time with me along with his assistant Meredith and explained everything to me, answered my questions, and made me feel hopeful and confident. I was so happy when I walked out the door. I told my husband immediately who also needs some work done and he will switch to Highland Dental as well. I am so thankful we found this place. Thank you so so much!!!! ♡ A month later I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled with a deep cleaning, and was put under sedation. I was so scared. I have never been sedated. The entire staff was amazing again, and Dr. Cutlers work is beautiful. I have not needed any pain medication, and my teeth are so white and pretty!!! Just wow! Im so impressed, and I remember nothing. Woohoo!

I have been going to Highland Dental for approximately ten years now AND would not consider going any where else. I have had bridge work,crowns and implants done and have been very happy with all the results. I am very fond of Dr.Cutler AND his staff who are very personable,professional and dynamic people who go out of their way to make me feel comfortable,relaxed and at ease during my entire visit.It is a family atmosphere with the most advanced technology which to me,is the best of both worlds! Dr.Cutler explains everything in detail,provides options and cost effectiveness for the procedure at hand.He is constantly continuing his education on new dentistry breakthroughs and findings to enhance his practice AND give his patients the very best treatment & care that is available. I highly recommend Dr.Jerome Cutler AND Staff to everyone AND will add that you wont be disappointed!

I am a new patient, and have so far had three appointments with Dr. Cutler in the last few months. Seeing a dentist has never been my favorite thing to do, and after having had oral cancer, surgery and 37 days of radiation, I have been even more nervous about seeing a dentist with anxiety similar to a PTSD. However, never having written a review on a dentist, and his staff, I was compelled to do so with my new dentist. Dr. Cutler is extremely easy to talk to, very empathetic, and excellent with his procedures. His staff is the best as well, from the ladies at the front desk, to his great dental assistants and hygienists. I never would have thought Id actually be looking forward to dental appointments.

I am new Prescott Valley on Saturday I cracked off a crown and my friends told me about Highland dental dentist Jerome Cutler. I called on Monday and got an appointment on wed at noon. I was so delighted that everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful. I knew I also had another cracked tooth and it needed a crown. My previous dentist told me about this a year ago. Well Dr. Cutler took care of this tooth and also glued my crown back in. He was so friendly, polite, and well mannered. I will be referring him to other friends of mine about my positive experience in this office. Thanks you everyone at this office for making me feel so relaxed during my appointment.

I have had much dental work done in the past & have always been TERRIFIED of the dentist since I was a child. I went in to Highland Dental to get a root canal & had other appointments with another Dentist in the area (they didnt do root canals) & I had such a PAIN FREE experience at Highland Dental that I switched ALL my dental work to Dr. Cutler Immediately! I am VERY HAPPY with the results & am happy to say I am no longer scared of going to the dentist! (Ill be scared again when we leave AZ in 3 years & I have to find a new dentist!) I have & will continue to let everyone I know about my wonderful experience! Dr. Cutler is the Dentist of choice!

I HATE dental procedures, especially shots to the gums. I have been going to Highland dental for about 4 years and have had my share of dental work done there. I would recommend this practice to my best friend and to family. Everyone there is awesome and very personable. They must take pride in their work as a team, because it comes out in their work performance. They use hi-tech equipment which makes for speedy and professional procedures. I will also say that Dr. Cuttlers experience is what makes him as good of a dentist as he is. I am so happy to be a patient with highland dental.

Every experience at this practice is a pleasure - and not many people say that about a visit to the dentist. Front office staff, hygienist, assistants, doctor - all are extremely professional yet friendly, warm accommodating. Procedures are explained every step of the way and performed on a timely manner. Have recommended Highland Dental to friends - recent arrivals to the area - and they are very satisfied with their treatment as well. Will continue to send patients their way.

Dr. Barrett is amazing to sum him up in one word. He is beyond patient, extremely thorough, and a perfectionist. I have had extreme anxiety and nervousness about dentists my entire life and although my first visit with him I was on "sedation medicine" to calm my nerves, after that initial visit Ive been back to him without it for the first time ever. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Barrett to anyone seeking a wonderful dental experience with an amazing professional.

Ive been seeing Dr. Cutler and my hygienist Heather for 3 years and theyve always been fantastic. This morning, Heather and Dr. Cutler got my 6 month check up done and me out the door in plenty of time for me to make it to work on time--this despite the fact that I showed up 10 minutes late. (Yes, I was *that* patient.) They never fail to impress. The whole office just rocks---its always a pleasure, from the receptionist to Amy the office manager. I highly recommend.

Considering that I had a deep cleaning and extraction of a tooth, I could not call it a pleasurable experience. That aside, Dr. Cutler and Heather did a fantastic job of putting me at ease, administering painkillers and doing a top notch job all around. If I NEVER had to go to a Dentist again, I would be happy.....but go I will and it will be with the wonderful staff at Highland Dental!!

I love this place. They are very nice and work well on my teeth. I have had many bad experiences with dental procedures and this place made me feel like they knew what they were doing and I felt safe. I am pregnant and even threw up during my filling procedure but they were still nice to me. Although I was very emberrased about this. I wouldnt chose another place.
