I went in to have my teeth whitened and 2 root canals/ crowns done. I continually asked the receptionist to let me schedule my tooth whitening prior to having my root canals and crowns done but she wouldnt allow me too. Once I went in to have the root canals they told me I shouldve had the whitening done prior to that visit then they brushed it off. The worst part is... During the middle of the procedure they inform me that my insurance wouldnt cover porcelain crowns. They tell me it would be another 2000 out of pocket. GEEZE that would be great to know BEFORE the procedure started!! Oh and the dental assistant chipped one of my teeth while he was doing the procedure. At some point during the procedure I hear the dentist ask the assistant "what is going on here" then I hear the assistant gasp and scramble to try and fix whatever he was doing wrong in my mouth. They never called me back to get my crowns once the root canals were finished, so I had to take the mess they created to another dentist. I will NEVER go back. -5 stars

Amazing Dental Office! I am a first time patient, so I got a tour. They offer general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery. The dental assistant that helped me was amazing and great at answering all my questions. The oral surgeon and the dental hygienist were really amazing and kind. Both answered all my questions and concerns in the spot. I felt really welcomed by all the staff members. In front of each patient chair there is a smart tv with the Netflix. I watched my favorite show while there. I also dont know if it was because I did not go on a busy time but my time in there was quick and easy. I was hesitant due to all the other bad reviews, but I am glad I did not let my decision be affected by that. I will definitely be going in the future. I also got some souvenirs a pen, a reusable shopping bag, and a reusable water bottle.

My name is Olivia De Santiago and I just want to leave this review to let Dr Harsini, that I’m so thankfull and bless to have him as my Dentist. You are AWESOME Dr Harsini. May GOD bless and take care of you wherever you go. He is the best of the best, he cares for his patients, always asking them how they feel. First time when I went there I was feeling so nervous and so scared but he make me feel so comfortable. I think this will be my Dental Clinic from now on. Denny, Vanessa and Jesus are so awesome what can I said? They have a gold heart. You will be so lucky to have them in your dental procedure. This is one of the only dental offices I trust in Phoenix. They are extremely friendly and they care about their patients. I found out about the office because they did a demonstration at the local Boys and Girls Club to encourage the kids about dental hygiene. They handed out baggies filled with stickers, tooth brushes, floss and they gave the kids with no cavities balloons. Every month they also give out great prizes for referrals! I definitely recommend Smile Dental Clinics.

My experience with Smile Dental Clinic was great. The dental assistants were always happy to help and answer any of my questions. My braces were off in only 14 months for having them crooked for 19 years! Wow! The only pain was the soreness of my teeth shifting that didnt last long at all. Everyone was really great during my whole treatment. I would definitely recommend Fast Braces at Smile Dental to anyone! Ask for David :D

Went in 3 times and the first time I went in it was really smooth, however the second time I went in they couldnt take me back because they forgot to put my insurance on notice. They were unable to get to get the approval on time, the third time they took me off the calendar because I apparently did not confirm my appointment, even though I did confirm through text. They claim their texting isnt working, so why have it?

Horrible experience. I had a terrible toothache and after they numbed my mouth, they took me out of the chair in order to pay them. WTF. It still hurts and they charged me $70 to put fix-a-dent on my crown, It fell off the same day. I visited another dentist down the street Zapata Dental who fixed this dentists mistakes. I dont know who gave this dentist a medical degree but they need to ask for it back. DONT GO THERE.

Dr. Harsini is the first dentist in years that isnt just in this to make a million dollars. He takes the time to explain what he can do and how it can be done. He definitely in my book ranks amongst the best in the US for doctors who actually understand people are people not just a dollar sign. Thanks Dr. Harsini, I know its going to take 8 months to get my smile back but I completely trust in you!

I hate going to the dentist... Dr. Harsini and his staff did an amazing job. First of all it was easy to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. Dr. Harsini took his time in working with me and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and what I should expect. If you have had not so pleasant dental experiences in the past, give Dr. Harsini a shot!

I usually do my research on anything I do. I had an emergency situation that gave me no time to do that in this situation. Not only did they see me within an hour of my call but they were able to fix my dental issues the very next morning for low cost. The entire staff was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. I will continue to use this them in the future.

Worst dentist, they charged $35 to get x-rays you pay for. I just asked for a copy to be emailed to me. Do they know anything about pleasant dispositions, congeniality? Everything is about making more money with this place and the rest of business, not about the people. They wouldnt go the extra mile for you if they didnt get paid to do so!

Amazing experience! Dr. Harsini is very gentle - probably the best experience Ive had with a dentist in my life. I have always had a fear of the dentist.
