At first i was super happy and thought i had found the dentist for me. My exam and cleaning went great. However i need quite a bit of work done. Many cavivities between my teeth and i need two crowns and my veneers on two teeth replaced. Okay thats fine i already knew the work i needed before coming to doctor Kellys office. Dr Kelly told me he could start the work as soon as the pre auth came back from my insurance which in about a week it did. Great i set my appointment up for May 25th and here yesterday May 18th i get a letter in the mail from Dr Kelly saying he is not the dentist for me and they will not be doing the work due to the amount of work i need. And they will help me with my emergancy meeds for the next 60 days and after that will not see me again. Took me by total surprise. Its completly unproffeaional to set a appointment then after its set send a letter saying your not going to do the work when you have already evaluated what needs to be done and informed me you can do it and i set the appointment almost a month in advance. Seriously you should have been up front so i could have been looking for another dentisit. Nice people there but some what unprofessional in handling patients needs and time.

I have always been terrified of the dentist. That is until I found Aesthetic Dentistry. The treatment that they provide is by far the best I have ever received. I have had to get many root canals and filings and it no longer bothers me at all when a tooth starts aching. Dr. Kelly is very caring and makes sure that it is as pain free as possible. My entire family goes to them for dental care and enjoy getting their teeth cleaned. My wife had a very painful root canal and was by far upset and crazy. Dr. Kelly walked with her to the oral surgeon as well as calling that evening to check on her. That is what you call A++++ service. I strongly reccommend Aesthetic Dentistry of Scottsdale to anyone looking for a dentist or anyone who wants to goto the best dentists in Arizona. Dr. Miller, Dr. Kelly, and all of their staff are truely the best of the best and care about their patients.

Dr. Michael Kelly the epitome of what an excellent doctor is. He is very attentive and took the time to listen to all issues we were experiencing. He seeks best course of action for his patients, even if he must refer them to another practitioner or team of specialists. He is extremely knowledgeable and progressive in learning advanced techniques. He is one of the few doctors practicing in the field of airway protective orthodontics or orthotropics. If you have a young child showing signs of needing braces in the future, first take them to see Dr. Kelly, as treatment can be done early. I was absolutely amazed by the genuine kindness displayed and the guidance given by Dr. Kelly and his staff in their beautiful North Scottsdale office. Thank you for your services!

The experience with Dr. Kelly has really been a wonderful one. He not only has skill but excellent bedside mannerisms to make the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. At the same time he is pretty much honest and helpful in suggesting other good dentists and specialists if required and those experiences also have turned out very well. All in all both me and my wife find him to be the best dentist. Also his Front Office Secretary Pamela is pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to help you settle the claims as well as taking complete care of you. All this makes an experience here the best one. I will recommend everybody to visit Dr. Kelly in case of any dental issues.

We have only been to one Dental Group since arriving in AZ & that is Aesthetic Dentistry of Scottsdale. Since the very first visit, from start to finish, every appt has been smooth & cant believe I am actually saying this...Enjoyable. Thia is coming from someone who disliked the dentist so much I used to get sick on the way to every appt as a kid growing up. We now spend most of our time in CA, however we come back becasue we cant cut our ties!! Pamela, the office manager is the best, why would they do without her, Dr Kelly is fantastic & all of the staff rounds things out to provide a great experience.

As my wife, Heather Felicioni, recently cracked her front tooth, our regular dentist was not available due to personal emergency...upon a quick referral, we called Dr. Kellys office and they were able to see her within the hour. The entire office was beautiful; his reception staff was friendly and efficient; but most importantly Dr. Kelly examined and cosmetically repaired the tooth "to perfection "....not only was she pleased with the finished work, but we were in and out of office in about one hour....very pleased and would highly recommend Aesthetic Dentistry to everyone....

I always have a wonderful experience at this dentist office. It is so calming and peaceful inside. Youll be greeted by a friendly and caring receptionist. The dentist is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with your dental needs. The dental hygienist is also very knowledgeable at her job, friendly, welcoming, kind and gentle when it comes to cleaning your teeth. My advice to all is make sure you floss everyday and see your dentist regularly for a good dental health. :)

I have always been terrified of the going to the dentist. Ever since I was a little girl I had bad experiences; doctors bruising me from pushing too hard, painful shots, and falling out fillings. The work I have had on my teeth was not by any means good quality. Aesthetic Dentistry is as far from any of that as a place can be. Not only was my visit COMPLETELY pain free but their bedside manner is superb. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

I LOVE going to the dentist!! Who ever says THAT??!? Dr. Kelly and his staff are warm, caring, and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is SUPER clean and hygienic, but at the same time it never feels cold. Jennifer is so gentle when she cleans your teeth and Pamela greets you with a genuine smile that lights up your day :) I have been a patient since I moved to the Valley in 2008 and will be for life!!!

They should hire someone else to answer the phone and make appointments, I called this office, talk about rude, would never even consider going there. She told me how busy they were, how she could not get me in, and how it would take a very long time for me just to get my teeth cleaned and to get on the schedule. I guess this dentist doesnt need any more new business try finding an office that actually cares about scheduling you .
