This place is a NIGHTMARE! I had a Maryland Bridge (fake tooth) fall out (after previously being in for TWELVE YEARS) and I went to them to glue it back in-- easy, right? Apparently not. They didnt even own any equipment to clean the fake tooth in office, so it had to be sent out to a lab-- it would have been nice if they told me that before I waited unnecessarily OVER AN HOUR in their waiting room just to be brought back to a room and immediately told I wouldnt be seen now and I would have to come back later. After all said and done, insurance didnt pay for it so I paid $160 out of pocket... Im a student who lives paycheck to paycheck but whatever... Then no more than 4 months later, that same tooth FALLS OUT AGAIN! Let me reiterate the fact that the tooth previously stayed in for 12 YEARS, and after Magic Smiles from hell got to it, it stayed in for 4 MONTHS. I called them and nicely explained that they literally just put the tooth back in and I paid a hefty $160, is there any way I can make an appointment to get it glued back in at a discounted rate (since this was 100% THEIR FAULT?) They said NO, I would have to pay full price again. What a load of s***. They messed it up, they should take responsibility and fix it! So I just went to a new dentist. Not only did they take care of the Maryland Bridge, they also insisted on doing my 6 month cleaning at no additional charge (Magic Smiles never even offered to do a cleaning even though I told them I was due for one). Magic Smiles just gets you in and out as fast as possible, no matter the consequences. They dont do work correctly the first time and expect the customer to pay up for their own incompetence. I strongly suggest their dentists go back to preschool to learn how to properly glue. In conclusion: NO THANK YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

My grandsons have had horrible experiences with dentist in the past, but since Magic Smiles, they love going to the dentist. The office is very professional but yet very friendly and extremely clean. There is a little play area outside to keep children occupied/entertained, which is surrounded by a fence that nobody can get it or out of, so you can be comfortable knowing your children are safe playing out there. There is a TV inside playing the latest movies for kids. The dentist they see is, Justine, she is so good with the children and they absolutely love going to her. She is always looking out for the children to ensure they have a pleasant, pain free visit. If looking for a all around great place to take your children, this is the place to do it! I am very pleased with everything they do there...youll love it!... give them a visit soon.........tell them that Devin & Cody sent you :)

El lugar muy limpio. No se porque era sabado pero espere como 45 mit para pasar, y no habia mucha gente. Aun no se que tan profesionales sean, le sacaran un diente a mi hija, sera otra doctora o doctor al parecer, la de hoy no me explico mucho, es mas nada. Como que llevaba prisa. Esa fue mi impresión de todo.. Que todos llevaban prisa. Esperemos que mi vista para la siguiente vez sea una mejor experiencia que la de hoy.

Horrible experience!! My 2 yr old daughter went in for her 6 mo check up. When they took the X-rays he was forcing them down her throat, she was gagging and saying ouch! But he kept going! He could tell I was getting upset so he took her, without telling me what he was doing and strapped her arms and legs into a chair to restrain her. As a mom, this was hard for me to watch! She was crying, screaming, and hyperventilating! I couldnt take anymore, so I went and got another assistant and told her I wasnt comfortable with what he was doing! So they finally stopped! They werent friendly. It was like they didnt care and they just wanted to get the job done at any cost! I also had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour! I dont know if the experience was more traumatic for me or her! Ill def not be going back!

Can gladly say i will keep taking my four year old to Magic Smiles dental. She hasent had good experience with doctors after she was hospitalized at the age of three. After that she has been terrified of them and her old dentist did not help at all. She just wanted to do her job, but Magic Smiles staff did an amazing job!! They know exactly what to do to keep them relaxed and informed at the same time. Also their office is so nice it looks really professional for a pediatric office. My daughter loved it as soon as she walked in, and left even happier! :)

Hate this office since Ive been coming here the woman dentist talked about strapping kids down in front of my four year old wow what a good office bravo thanks for scareing my child she should be fired if you cant control a child that is scared you should quit this is a bad office why she still works here I dont understand plus she was gagged here too during her x Ray shouldve really googled this place before takeing my daughter here shes real rude she will even call your child obese when she can uses a different word though thats worse

Today was my 9 year old sons first time at Magic smiles ,we went to the Mesa location. Nice clean place, no wait,the Dentist was great,she explained everything that needs to be done,she took her time,the dental assistant was great too,she took my sons xrays,and cleaned his teeth,she was very nice to me and my son.She made him feel very comfortable, the front desk staff was great also,Im very pleased with this office.

Very uncomfortable listening to the office manager reprimand an employee for 10 minutes about her performance. So unprofessional. In all honesty its sounded like the manager just didnt like the employee, wasnt constructive in her feed back, very critical. I coughed in case the manager was not aware I was in the office, but she kept going on .Hubby had to have a filling replaced because it fell out after 6 months.

What an outstanding, talented, kind and well rounded dental team. Everything was excellent, beginning with coordinating my examination and work under last minute circumstances. Secondly, Dr Manalastas provided quality work and a very comfortable and quality experience. She typically works with children, but was assisting with daily duties and helped with my dental work. I definitely will recommend to others.

We have been coming for a few years, my kids love coming and do not dread the day like our old dentist! The office is clean, staff is friendly and the dentist is very knowledgeable! I do foster care and will continue to be bringing all of my kids through these doors! Very accommodating and encouraging. PS there is a Starbucks across right next to them in the plaza! Great location :)

I recommend anyplace that embraces you with attention and care. Great office environment and assistance from the staff. A first time visitor, I was impressed by the professionalism and communication from Dr.Oberg and the assistant hygienist. From their handling of me on this visit made me decide to use them on a continual basis. Great job to all and continued success for Magic Smiles
