Id like to thank Doctor Sara and her staff for providing me with outstanding professional service. Doctor Sara in my opinion is a "One of a Kind" dentist and a true professional, and one who truly cares about her patients and their worrisome or fearful thoughts about seeing a dentist. Doctor Sara puts me at ease, and makes me feel extremely comfortable, with her confidence and vast knowledge about dentistry and professional services provided. I just wish all the dentists were as "High Caliber" as her. Doctor Sara has raised the bar so high, that its very difficult for dentist Ive ever visited, or any other dentist for that matter that can achieve this level of excellance. Shes a pleasant person to talk to, and is always very genuine while talking about kids or any other topic before she begins her work. She also explains the steps of the procedure and why they are required in a very genuine, informative and positive manner, so youre not in "for the shock of your life" while thinking or expecting whats next. She makes it a point to tell you everything shes doing and why, before and during the procedure. Ive been to Doctor Sara on numerous occassions, and Ive always left the office knowing I just had the best procedure / experience no other dentist can offer, and believe me, Ive been to several other Dentists that dont even come close in comparison to Dortors Saras amazing and talented dental services. Dentistry is Doctor Saras passion, and strives to give each patient the very best she can offer, shes in fact and without a doubt a "Perfectionist," and this reflects well in her work and work ethics. Thank you Doctor Sara and your wonderful staff for providing me with "Top Notch" dental work and pleasant experience. I wish I wouldve found you years ago. My wife and I have been visiting Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry for all of our dental needs since moving to the Scottsdale area three years ago. Weve had a fair amount of dental work done to repair and improve previous work done elsewhere as well as to treat new problems, and all of it has been performed efficiently and successfully. Dr. Sara and her staff are very meticulous in all they do to diagnose a problem, plan out and explain to a patient the work to be done, and then perform the work in a careful and comprehensive manner to ensure that everything is completed properly. In addition to the superb dental work, Dr. Sara and her staff are the most friendly and upbeat staff weve countered in any office, making the whole experience as comfortable as can be. I often joke with the staff that Id like to come by and just hang out even if I dont have an appointment just to enjoy the company. If youre looking for a dental office in this area, I highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry. They will take great care of you.

I came to Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry after having an unpleasant experience with another dentist. Dr.John and the rest of the staff were kind, courteous and so professional! My dental problem was very embarrassing but they made me feel very comfortable and took care of the issue (which the first dentist I saw failed to address) The dental assistant was so pleasant and funny, I enjoyed chatting with her. The office is beautiful and has a luxurious feel to it, also the receptionist (I believe her name is Susan) was so sweet. Being a patient here makes you want to go to the dentist! Also, a couple hours after my appointment I received a follow up call from Dr. John himself asking how I was doing after the procedure. How nice! A small, elegant gesture that showed me they care. I cant say enough good things about Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry!

Before I met Dr. Sara I hadnt been to the dentist in over 5 years due to extreme anxiety caused by other providers. The doctors, and dental assistants took extreme care to make sure I was confortbable before starting any procedure and frequently make sure youre doing ok while theyre working (even if its only a cleaning)! The front office ladies are incredible, warm and friendly as well. Recently Ive had some work done with Dr. Zachs for an implant (the work is done at the same facility) and he has been just as wonderful; always taking extra steps to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed to make the process a positive experience. I will never go to another dentist, these guys are absolutely, hands down the best!

I am an out of towner from Canada, visiting my sister in Scottsdale. I developed an abscess in my gums. Thought I could wait till I got home, but after 3 days, the pain became unbearable. My sister called for an emergency appointment at 4:30 pm. We got one for 5 pm. Rushed over, and immediately was taken care of. Dr. John, a complete stranger to both of us, was incredibly responsive to my needs and wants, did only what we both agreed was necessary till I got home. Did not try to push me into any treatment I didnt want. Was totally respectful, thorough, educational, efficient and very pleasant. As were all the rest of the staff. A very surprisingly wonderful experience. And a huge relief! Thank you all!!!

Dr. Sara was very sweet and, more importantly, very thorough and knowledgeable. Her gentle and orderly examination and evaluation of my oral cavity was the best I have ever experienced (and I visit the dentist regularly). A very well-defined plan was generated and presented in an easy-to-follow format and the subsequent appointments were made before I left. The support staff were all similarly kind and professional and truly worked together like a well-oiled machine…from receptionists/administrators to assistants to hygienists. The entire visit was the finest example of caring, quality dentistry that anyone could hope to find. I definitely recommend this practice.

If you are looking for a wonderful dental experience, look no further than Pinnacle Peak Dentistry. I have been seeing Dr Sara and her amazing staff for about a year and a half. Each time I have been in for a cleaning or other work, the service has been outstanding. Dr Sara is beyond wonderful and she has the greatenst office staff I have ever seen. Everyone there is kind, caring, intelligent and totally professional. I just had a cleaning with Kristin. I enjoyed how personable, knowledgeable and professional she was. This is the place you have been looking for.

I just went to the initial appointment. I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews, too good to be true. Well, I was wrong. Far and away the best experience Ive had in 50+ years at a dentist. Very thorough and professional. Dr. Vizcarra explained in great detail what was going on in my mouth. Her suggestions were very reasonable (advice about flossing and two small fillings) and very constructive. My only regret is that I didnt go there sooner. The icing on the cake was that it didnt cost any more than my old dentist! Go there if you value your teeth!

Dr. Sara and her entire team are the best dental care team Ive found. After nearly a decade of quarterly visits, my teeth are in the best shape theyve ever been. Leadership starts at the top and Dr. Sara is a highly competent and very caring provider. This care is reflected throughout her staff from her excellent hygienists to the warm and friendly ladies who take care of business. The facility is warm and welcoming and impeccably maintained. They listen, they educate and they make helpful suggestions. Dr. Sara will remain my familys go to dentist
