I had the opportunity to use Kathys consultative services for my elderly father and mother, ages 92 and 93 respectively. Although they are living in an independent facility with options for additional care, I wanted to better understand the services Always Best Care can provide. Kathy was very knowledgeable about their options and gave me some sound advice. And because of their medical conditions she was able to refer me to a possible Hospice option, which I am currently looking in to. I felt very comfortable talking with Kathy because she was interested in helping me get the best care for my parents and she seems to know people and know the way things work very well. Her nursing background also helped her to better understand their medical needs. I will work with her again as my parents move closer to needing additional care. Sincerely, Linda
