First off let me say their customer service is horrible. They have s number we sere told to call that is potently not correct. Waited over an hour. Finally found another number who gave another number who gave another number. The wait time on the phone is unacceptable. They hassle you every time you need oxygen delivered to another location such as taking a trip. My mom comes from Nevada to Utah for visits and they expect you to go pick it up. This is just one of their unacceptable practices. Changing to a more customer patient geared provider such as IMC.
