ZERO STARS!! My newborn son needed phototherapy treatment for his jaundice. We were told 2 hours to process and they would be in contact with us. No one ever called. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was told it would be another 2 hours with no further explanation. After 5 hours with no contact and being on hold for 30 minutes I had to demand answers and was told they were unable to verify our insurance. When I asked when they were going to tell me that, Jonathan said he was telling me right now. And it was only because I called them! They are completely unprofessional and dont care about the needs of their customers at all. Make sure your phone is fully charged if you try to call them because you will be on hold for at least 15 minutes before you will get to talk to someone who will transfer you to someone else. Avoid them at all costs! My sons nurse said that shes had nothing but trouble with them and shes never had anything work the way it should with them. It took 45 minutes to cancel our order. Seriously, find another company to work with.

Seriously deserves zero stars. They are impossible to get a hold of. You have to call a national call center first and request that the local branch call you back. They have never, not once, called me back. To set up an appointment, you again, call the same national call center. Not once has the local branch had a record of the appointments when I show up. Ive been waiting for a week and a half to have the pressure setting on my sons CPAP changed. This is something they can do remotely and should take like 5 minutes. Ive called several times and am not getting any response. I shouldnt have to drive 40 minutes one way and then hope that theres someone who can help me when I get there. As soon as the rental period is over and we own the machine, we will be finding a new durable medical equipment company.

I recently had oxygen with Apria when my oxygen was delivered I was told I needed to provide them with a credit card in case there was a problem and I did not return the equipment, I did not really want to do this but I did, In the contract that I signed it was outlined that I was signing up for auto pay and that my card would be billed if the insurance did not cover, This was not made clear to me so when I did not need the oxygen anymore and they picked it up they billed me for what the insurance did not pay and applied to my deductible. My fault for not fully reading the contract but also I feel that I was misled into believing that it was only if I didnt return the equipment so I will never use this company again!.

Appria is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I signed a contract for a respirator with them through my insurance company. They kept billing me for 16 months until I had paid twice what the cost of buying a new machine. Every call I got the run-around telling me to deal with my insurance company. And they kept billing me, and I am still fighting it with my insurance company. Their strategy is to suck up to the insurance companys and screw the customer. Stay away from these guys, unless you like high blood pressure.

I cant believe the trouble Ive had with Apria Healthcare. The charged me 117.39 dollars which they should not charged me. I cant get ahold of anyone to help me. Ive stayed on the line to their office for over 30 minutes and then asked to take a survey, never did get ahold of anybody. I am 82 years old and shouldnt have to go through this. I have 2 insurance companies for health and was charged 117.39 and shouldnt have been charged anything. Im calling my doctor and telling her to charge to another provider for my needs.

DO NOT GO WITH APRIA HEALTHCARE!!! I disputed their claim my insurance was renting their cpap machine. I never would agree and have signed for that. The insurance has over paid for that machine plus there is a monthly rental fee? No way! I requested to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold. 35 minutes later a gal in insurance answers tells me I got the wrong department and transfers me again. This time the recording with elevator music informs me I have a 55 minute wait. DO NOT GO WITH APRIA HEALTHCARE

Seem like they are put out by having to help you, was transferred to a different department to essentially do the customer service agents job. She said "I will need to contact them to see if I can update the address of your shipment..... Can I transfer you to talk with them and give them you new address and tell them what is happening and see if they can change the address so the shipment doesnt go to the go to the wrong address" . Sure Ill do your job for you!

Can you give zero stars? Even after a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and promises to fix my billing, Apria is still billing me for equipment that was returned 5 months ago. It takes HOURS (literally, HOURS) to get a person on the phone and even when they say theyll fix it, they dont. Ive had to report them for insurance fraud now since my insurance has paid on claims where I havent had the equipment

I worked for apria. The branch manager terry is an idiot. She is unorganized and has no idea what she is doing, she just pawns off work on to others. They dont care about the patients and if the patients get screwed then o well. drivers are always late because they wont hire enough and drivers quit because they overworked. If you need some equipment go with alpine.

My doctor sent me to Apria to use them to get my CPAP Machine setup. It took them 2 months to get the prescription from my doctor figured out. They cancelled my appointment twice to reschedule. The people were friendly but they cannot seem to get their crap together. Dealing with them has just been one frustration after another. I am going to use someone else.

My son has been on oxygen for 20 months, and 90% of the time they screw our order up. Their customer service is awful. The wait time when you call is way too long. They dont keep their records straight. This is life sustaining equipment theyre dealing, but they have no respect for that. I honestly dont know how they stay in business.

They are one of the worst Oxygen companies on the face of the plant, if not they worst. They have no compassion, towards there clients. Plus there equipment is junk. They wont even deliver to there most sickest of people. There in the wrong business. My opinion thats all. Lincare is a better business by far..

The website indicates that the hours are 8-5, but when I called in at 8:30, the phone message indicated that the office was not open. If the hours are not 8-5, then the website needs to be changed to reflect the correct open hours.

Horrible doesnt even begin to describe my experience with this company. I would rather pay FULL PRICE for any supplies I need in the future than go through this joke of a company.
