I have never written a review online, but this place is so terrible that I am going out of my way to write one. I am a user of CPAP for Sleep Apnea, and Ive been trying to switch to home health services at Apria. The process started around August. The process went something like this: 1st phone call (Beg of August): Apria tells me they will work with my previous healthcare provider to get the necessary information to provide me with supplies. 2nd phone call (Mid of Aug): I call back Apria, who inform me that they never contacted my healthcare provider and still need to. Nice job Apria. 3rd phone call (End of Aug): I call back Apria. Still missing paperwork... They have no idea what they are doing. 4th phone call (Beg of Sept): I call back Apria. Paperwork is set, they receive my order and tell me they will deal with my insurance and provide me with the supplies in a week or so. 5th phone call (Mid of Sept): I call back Apria. They tell me the EXACT same thing. Do the employees at this company do anything? This time they tell me theyre sure the supplies will arrive. 6th phone call (End of Sept):. I call back Apria. "Oh, by the way, youre missing an insurance form. Well have to send it to you". Well, its been several months and I still dont have medical supplies. Apria doesnt care about my health. They dont care about anything. They never call me first, EVER They force me to call them to attempt to get things done, but nothing ever gets done anyways. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company if you care about your health. Use any other company.

I have never written a review. ..but people need to know about this business and especially their receptionist Susan Ward. Last November I went to see about a new cpap machine as mine had a bearing noise and I had met my insurance deductible. She wanted a new prescription. .ok cool. Went back to my doctor 3 times to get the wording just like she wanted it. Keep in mind that I have gotten machines from here before so I obviously was a cpap patient. Asked her to get it to my insurance by Dec 31st before the new year or Id have to meet the deductible again. Guess what ...didnt happen. Now today I have no choice but to pay for a new mask. She has only one prescription on file not the 3 I gave her and doesnt think it covers a mask...REALLY? Bought it finally from her and it was like pulling teeth. Smart mouthing me the whole time! So I told her she is consistent....always a prick as usual....why the business has this person as their front line employee Ill never know....

Such a good experience, did not encounter any issue as the other reviews had, on the contrary. Susan went above and beyond. Definitely a good experience all the way around, from corporate to Glendale Office.
